Basically this guy Daniel was the equivalent to a crooked auto mechanic, he replaced a part on my AC unit, said he thinks its another part and repaired that, then said it needs to be charged and it would be another $900 ""but probably wouldn't work because there is probably a leak somewhere that he wouldn't be able to fix"".

Then said he can setup a sales call to get estimates on a new unit. I told him we didn't want new parts if it wasn't going to fix the unit, why would we pay $700 for parts and still have no air conditioning?

He said he would put the old parts back but when it came time to pay for the service call he charged me for the new parts and said he could not take them back because he could not sell ""used parts"". Only after I asked what was going on.

I'm so pissed, what the hell happened today?

Quite possibly the worst HVAC services experience I've ever had in almost 20 years in the area. They have worked on a 5 month old AC handler 4 times and each time the condition worsens.

Do not patronize this business. Very deceptive business practices relating to job estimates and actual costs. Jobs are ""package"" deals. I was shocked to be handed an invoice for $1620 to replace a nine year old Home Depot water heater covered (at no cost) under warranty through Rheem. No contact available for after hours problems/ concerns. Poor communication and customer service.

Gave them a chance for 3 years. Multiple visits and service contracts

- Replaced and Re- welded my condenser coil. Stated that it was a known factory unit. About $1H.
- Soon after my starting condenser failed. They replaced it $350. The technician It should have been replaced with the coil. I called to speak with a manger 3 times. No callback.
- Air handler failed. Paid extra for a second person to help get the unit in the garage. Worked fine. But the drain pipe was installed improperly and would shut down requiring service. After two follow up visits, I repaired the drain pipe and I have no further issues.
- Condenser coils leaked. Technician welded and replaced the freon. $800.
- Now Condenser is leaking again. I am trying a different company. Main reason. They scheduled a 10 am response. Then called to tell me between 2 and 5. After arguing with the arrogant lad. She said take it or I don't want service. So I have moved on.

Only once were they on time in all these visits.

The Manager did call me this time. Said he could make it right and get a tech immediately after I cancelled my service.

Played me for a sucker for too long. Though that does seem to be the Florida way!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They spent 15 minutes at our home and said we needed to replace a part under warranty. They came back next day to replace part, and I was not home. The estimate quoted was $780. For labor only. I paid them by credit card, when their office girl called me. Afterwards, my daughter told me that the guy was there and gone within 30 minutes. I then checked the air filter and it was filthy. Our unit shut down 4months later, and I learned that the unit needed to be replaced. We were scammed, and 3 people I have talked to have said they had a similar experience.
Do NOT ever use them! They are as unethical as you can get!!

Frank Balon knows his appliances! When my refrigerator freezer was encased in frozen snow and ice, he wasted no time disposing of multiple thick chunks rapidly taking over the freezer and the deli drawer. Two days later, he returned with a new evaporated cover to finish up the final steps. The original one was severely corroded. I took advantage of the appliance membership fan with its discounts, which was worth it.

Don't use this company. Bought maintenance plan what a joke. Never heard from them. What a waste of money. Was charged 125.00 because plumber didn't have correct parts and it took him three tries and three hours to find it. He showed up thinking I'm here to do maintenance. No sir your here fox water heater he was confused. Sat in truck for 20 mins then charged me extra. Was comedy of errors. Never again.

They are not transparent with pricing. do not business with this company. The scheduler on phone said they would have someone call me to let me know labor cost since I was supplying the part. the next call I get to confirm appointment time then trying to sell me some maintenance plan.

Repair refrigerators came out did not give me any directions what we could do to remedy the problems. They did charge me$120.00 for nothing. Horrible experience.

customer service is terrible! The manager bruce , he doesn't want to hear what, you need to say! We had a problem with overflowing, bc of a bad switch, and I call him, and is answered is , is not there fault that the switch was bad! So the ac, still under warranty, but still charge us,$300 , so we got the drywall fixed costing us$ thousands of dollars, after a month the ac overflow again, and we call the company, 2 guys came , and is overflow again bc of another bad switch , so the drywall was ruined, so i call bruce, and see if they will pay for the damage , and is answer is , is not there fault ! Who the heck is fault is it ! I want the company to pay for the damage! Is answer is call your home owner insurance ! Bad customer service
