Albert and Arturo did a great job. I had some issues in my kitchen with breakers triggering and also needed a power source added in the ceiling for a light i plan to place. Great job, reasonable price, extremely professional and responsive. Thank you!

Not sure how these reviewers gave him high ratings. There was someone in our community that recommended him to install generator inlets for only 450.00. I called him and he did quote me for it. Everything sounded good until he makes you purchase all the equipment and then never returns your call or text to confirm a date of service.

I read some replies posts on my community fb page and others complained about the same thing too with Albert. He doesn't return text and phone calls only when he feels like it.

He made me purchase all the equipment and I'm sitting here waiting for him to just confirm a date. Called many times and text he doesn't return again the next couple of days. If he were to come out and do the job and if something goes wrong with his work I doubt he will even come out to fix it.

I wouldn't recommend this guy seem very sketchy and unprofessional. Not sure how he was able to get good reviews from others but I feel I didn't say or do anything to him besides listening to what he told me to buy and then he just went offline afterwards.

Finally, we've found a right electrical company that is not send a subcontractor to do the work.

Backup Electric, the owner, Albert was on-time, professional, true pleasure, detailed, informative. we could not ask for more. Totally satisfied with our new electrical panel when he finished, he cleaned-up, made sure everything was working properly and demonstrated to us. It is hard to find a company as friendly and courteous, as well as skilled and trustworthy as Albert. Outstanding! Definitely recommend!

Great job, well priced and safe. Had a new panel installed and a direct line for my new electric oven.

Did the job within a week and provided great information for parts/service needed. Did an over the phone price quote which helps during these times and saves having to take a day off for a quote. Sent pictures and he was able to formulate a quote and communicate what was necessary. Had a few questions in the end but he was able to answer all.

Definitely recommend and will higher for future electric problems.

Cannot say enough about Backup Electric. Alberto was very easy to communicate with on the Yelp app. He gave me what I believe was the most fair deal. He sent out on of his electricians, Luis, to install my ceiling fan. Unfortunately, Luis got sick the day he was suppose to come out, but Alberto was communicative and gave me multiple options. When he came out the next day, Alberto was on the phone with Luis throughout the installation to ensure smooth installation. When a problem did arise, Alberto again gave me multiple options. These guys are talented, respectful, and conscientious. They have my full endorsement. If any other electrical problems arise, I will be giving them a call.

I had can lights installed on the front and sides of my home. The brightness and hue of the lights matched perfectly with my existing porch lights and ground landscaping lights. The lights are programmable to turn on automatically through a switch installed in my garage. The lighting looks very beautiful; not too bright and gives a good accent to the stone exterior of my home, as well as provide extra security, especially on the sides of the house. I am very impressed with their customer service and installation. They even came out the next day after the installation to adjust the intensity of the lights, since I wanted the lights set on the warmest/ dimmest setting. The price for the installation was very reasonable and competitive with other companies. I highly recommend the services of this company.
