BEWARE of this company! My parents who are senior citizens hired this company in October 2023 to perform electrical repairs and alterations at their rental property paid $3,700 for the following services:
* Repairs and alterations to electrical wiring
* Elimination of flying taps in the attic
* Installation of new switches and receptacles with aluminum-rated connectors
* Remaking all lighting fixture connections with new materials

At the time, the understanding was that these services were completed as described and paid for in full. Unfortunately, due to their residing in another state, my parents were unable to verify the work personally and relied on the company's assurances. The tenant, who faces a language barrier, was also unable to provide verification.

Recently, additional electrical issues arose, prompting us to hire another electrician to assess the situation. To our dismay, this assessment revealed multiple exposed wires in the ceiling and no evidence that the services outlined above had been completed. Additionally, during the original service, the individual performing the repairs fell through the ceiling, leaving a massive hole that remains unrepaired to this day.

We are deeply disappointed and concerned about the lack of integrity and professionalism displayed. Not only have my parents paid for work that was not performed, but the negligence has also created unsafe conditions at the property.

I met Brandon doing another job on the next street. Explained the issue I was having with mobile link and asked if he could service the generator also. He stated that he could. The mobile link issue was never resolved 9 months later. Generac explained to Brandon what part was needed. Supposedly he order it. 3 months approximately. Never heard from Brandon. I order the part myself, received it in 3 days. The service required was done only to find out today the oil was over filled.
My service company came today and drained some of the oil and had to change the filter because of the over flow. Mobile Link cellular device installed and all is well.
Communication with B Power has not been a great experience if you pride yourself on customer service. Your office personnel and manager Tiffany are not customer service oriented.

I installed my standby Generac generator. Due to the nature of the requirements for the permit processing, they came through. Brandon and his crew did a great job. My only regret was it took so long to complete the process. Had a long hole from the patio to the back of the carport. Don't forget to purchase a carbon dioxide detector for the home. You will need it for the final inspection

BPowered Electric was cost effective but has poor communication skills between the customer and the company. BPowered contracts out their work. When we purchased our emergency generator thru BPowered a price was given and that price was honored throughout the purchase to installation.

The only thing wrong is their communication with their customer. As stated they contract out some of the installation work.
After the generator was delivered another electrical contractor came and installed all the electrical power from the feed to the residence to the electric panels needed to connect to the generator.
Then the plumber came to connect the gas from the meter to the generator.
And between all that the building inspector had to see where the generator was to be installed. Then the electric inspector, then gas inspector and then the final building inspector to make sure all was in order.
All of the afire mentioned was poorly communicated until the last portion of the installation.
Brandon is a fair and Christian man but has to improve on communication with his customers even though it may be the front office he is still responsible.
The final leg of the start up was today and the technician came and this was an unforseen possible add on cost for a mere $250.00 as told by the technician that after 25 hour of run time the valves and oil change would be needed.
Really!! Will have to check into that before we commit.

They came out to St. Charles parish to give me an estimate on moving my service connection and my meter on my home. They gave me the best price for the job so I hired Brandon and his people to do the job and they did great work . I would definitely recommend them for your electrical needs.

I had an emergency outside of normal business hours, the owner answered the phone on the second ring. He showed up promptly and gave me what I thought to be a fair price. When we agreed on a price, his crew showed up within minutes and immediately got to work. The owner was there the entire time, supervising every aspect of the job. His crew was very respectful. I felt like he was very judicious with his time and mine too. Hands down I'd recommend this business to my close family and friends.
