Company Overview

In 1974, Clyde Ognio and Marion Bennett established B and O Electric Company. The early work of the company involved church and school projects. During the late 1970s, Marion Bennett took a job at General Motors, which resulted in him leaving the company. The company was officially incorporated as B and O Electric Company Inc. in Georgia on March 22, 1984. As we grew, we discovered a stronger interest in industrial projects over our earlier work. We had the expertise and the team, so we pursued this direction and soon began working on controls for food processing plants. We have worked on control systems for various applications, including dry material storage, conveying, dough thickness, packaging, and conveyor controls. These systems were implemented using equipment such as programmable logic controllers, variable frequency drives, and soft starters.
