Brian, one of the owners, came for an emergency at our condo unit. When I called he said he needed a credit card so I gave him mine, but told him the condo association was responsible for paying. He said he would charge them if I gave him the details when he came. When he came here, I told him that the condo rep was on the premises and she would make paying arrangements with him. He argued that I had called and that I was responsible for the payment. I reminded him of what he had said and asked him what difference it made to him who paid. After some humming and hawing I figured out that my credit card would go through immediately while he would have to wait for the condo ass.'s check. Eventually, he said he would accept payment from the condo ass. and wouldn't charge my card. Later I checked my records and saw that he had charged my card.

Generally speaking, he was uncooperative, confrontational, and unpleasant. It was a hostile and dishonorable interaction. Not a good experience.

B & I came out and gave me an estimate for a replacement electrical panel for my pool pump equipment. He quoted me $1250 and when I told him it sounded a bit high he said o.k. jumped in his truck and drove off. I had another electrician come out today he removed the old panel, replaced it with a new one and 4 new circuit breakers for $150 plus $120 for the parts. B & I is a rip off!
