I hired B&B to install a 240V outlet for my electric car. The initial quote was $1500 to do the work, so I said perfect. Edison offers a $1500 credit towards the electricians cost to add a transfer box, 2nd meter, and 240V outlet. In order to get the rebate the electrician must pull permits and have the city or county (county in my case) and Edison buy off on the work. Bob's employee installed the meter incorrectly the first time. The electrical meter was too close to the gas meter, and there was not a transfer box installed. I wasn't aware, nor was Bob, that a transfer box needed to be installed. So Bob said he would install the box and have the stucco repaired where the stucco had to be cut. In the end the quality of work was pretty good, however the cost went from $1500 to $2200. That's almost 50% higher than the quoted cost. I understand he wasn't familiar with the requirements of the county and Edison, but I don't feel that the customer should have to pay for an electrician's mistake in quoting.

I hired this company to do an electrical hot tub hook up for me. The estimator (I think his name was Bob) was very nice and had good customer service. His team worked very hard and did a flawless job wiring my hot tub. The job was not easy because my fuse box is all the way on the opposite end of the property. I also have brick walls that had to be drilled through. Although what piping is showing it's hardly noticeable at all, he even went above and beyond to provide paint for the pipes to match the stucco on my house. I would recommend this company to any friend or family member!

Used these guys to install a sub panel for a spa and and outside 120 outlet. The spa mfg. supplied the sub panel. Bob did not look at he sub panel supplied by the spa mfg. Said he had seen 100's of them. Sent his guys out with an additional/different sub panel to install. The installers said they would use the spa mfg panel. Long story short they did not finish the job. Said they would return the next day, waited all day, no show. Finally showed up the next day to complete. County inspector show me a problem he said wound not pass final. Workers back out again another day to correct. Finally passed final inspection! Bob was very arrogant throughout this whole process. Had he looked at the the spa mfg. sub panel he could sent out the right parts and would avoided me have to wait to that the job completed in three days.
