Requested a quote through yelp and got a prompt response within mins. Biar's team charge a flat service fee for diagnose, expert advice, possible solutions, and will be waived if hired on the same day.

You will get impressed and choose to hire him if you have him onsite to know how patient and professional he is. For my project, initially I thought is related to breaker. He checked each single outlet that is affected. Mess it is (due to our earlier general contractor who wires four hot wires from a single outlet!!), Biar was able to identify the problem (bad connection before aluminum and copper wires) and fix it.

A nontrivial issue was later identified related to our disposal wires, and Biar self proposed to get into our crawlspace to try finding the root cause. Unfortunately no issues there, and it may be caused by unstable connections inside the wall. No time for this work today, but I am setting a follow up job with him the coming week!

The project took him much longer than expected, and he even skipped his lunch time to get the project done. The price is quite reasonable. I am super happy with his work, and look forward to getting the disposal fixed next week.

I called Biar for Fan installation and curtain installation.

We had a brief call and he gave the pricing upfront and told me if there is tbase needed, it will be extra for material. I appreciate the transparency here and felt comfortable hiring him.

During the install he was careful and peformed the install well. He took his time and neatly completed the work.

He found the issue with the ballast of the light and helped replace new lamps which are direct connect.

He came in next day for more light fixes. One of the installed fans was making noise, so he reopened and fixed the issue with the noise.

For curtain rods, he used the leveller and did a proper install of the rod and I am happy with this work.

I recommend Biars work.

Our kitchen was a disaster due to extensive water damage. The entire kitchen was removed, including the subflooring and a part of the wall. We worked with Bair (project manager) and his team to choose the floor, cabinets, countertop, paint and backsplash. It was remarkable how quickly and efficiently the crew worked to install everything. Our entire kitchen was done in about 11 days. I've never seen a crew work so hard. The result of their hard work is a beautiful kitchen with a very well installed water pipes.
