My tech scheduled the appointment and then was a no call no show. A few weeks later I get an email saying the work is complete and requesting a review. No work was ever completed and no one ever contacted me so unfortunately zero stars would be a more accurate rating.

They were able to squeeze me in last minute and installed a plug-in outlet for me in my washer and dryer room and my two bathrooms. I was having my washer and dryer installed the next day and I didn't have a regular outlet plug to plug the washer in so once again, I'm very pleased and happy with the service I received. They also were very clean and picked up after themselves. I will be back for sure in the future!

Our HOA just used BA Electric to replace our 50 year old sauna thermostat with a new controller. They researched and found a great thermostat/timer alternative. They've done a lot of work for us recently replacing Zinsco electrical panels. We continue to use them. They are on-time, professional, affordable and do great work.

Had a 220V outlet installed in our garage for our new electric car. They had to run a line from our box on the opposite side of the house. They did a great job, not cutting any corners. It works great. They were highly efficient and charged a fair price for the work. No complaints!

Hired James and crew to complete various tasks: installing LED lights in living and bedrooms, backyard and front porch. Also, to install fans and electrical outlets. James was excellent in providing the recommendations in choosing the right lighting with minimal cut to sheetrock and walls. BA Electric is my go-to for electrical contractors. I have used them to do several panel replacements, remodels, and new construction. They are efficient and professional. A few things that stand out about B A Electric are the positive attitude, quality of the work that they do and the extra attention to detail; such as properly labeling the breakers (it's surprising how many other electrical contractor don't actually check the labeling). Also when doing remodels they are able to minimize disruption to walls. I've rarely needed to sheetrock or paint after Bay Area electric has done their work - such a time and cost saver to not have to match texture and repaint.
