We had some electrical issues at my daughter's condo which affected use of the kitchen. Our long-time electrician no longer does residential repairs, so we had to find a new electrician. After a number of emails and phone messages generated only a few potentials, we received an email and a phone call from Brian, indicating that he was finishing up a few appointments, but could stop by and see if the kitchen issues were a quick fix. True to his word, he showed up when he said, checked out the issues, and said it was an easy fix, which he proceeded to take care of in no time. Since the charge is by the hour, he indicated he could take care of a few other easy items on our electrical to-do list. Everything was completed satisfactorily, and at reasonable cost.

He even drove to our house to look at our own list of electrical to-do's and give us a quote. The quote was emailed within a day, and again, was reasonable. And he gave us some great advice about the electrical outlet needed for different types of electric fireplaces, as my daughter is thinking about having one installed at her place.

All of this from a last-minute, quick stop-by. He is a rock-star, and I've put him in my phone contact list as our new electrician!!!!

We needed to have a new chandelier installed, relocating its placement away from the previous light. We also had two hallway lights and bathroom fixture we wanted installed during the same visit. Brian was quick to respond to my call and scheduled us in right away. He did an excellent job on all four installs, and the chandelier install was tricky one with our floor plan. It's obvious he's someone that knows what he's doing. Will definitely use him again!
