Once here he fixed my issue in 5 minutes and never tried to come up with things that may be broken or charge me for anything extra. I paid for the service call and that was that. Mind you, this was the last day of our heat wave. Arthur understood that we needed help right away and showed up within the hour. This man is the kindest and very knowledgeable. He repaired the breaker and showed us the faulty work the previous electrician did where the wires had already started to burn. He said we were lucky we didn't have a fire. Arthur is not doing this for a quick buck. I truly believe he does this to make life long clients, which he did with us. Thank you Arthur!

Arthur replied immediately to my call but never responded to my follow up calls or texts when I attempted to make an appointment. He didn't even apologize but just said he was very busy and was obviously not interested in new clients or potential business. Fortunately, I found another electrician who responded promptly and fixed my problem at a much better price.
