A water inlet into our house developed a pretty nasty leak and just like that we had to look for plumbing services that could come fix the issue for us quickly. I found AY EMP and requested for a quote, they were very timely in their response, and offered to come take a look the next day.

When they showed up, I had some concerns for our water filtration system, and they offered to replace it the very next day, and quoted a reasonable price for the replacement and installing a pre filter and a water softener. They showed up promptly the next day at the agreed upon time and did the work with utmost professionalism. They were respectful of the property and in fact left it in a cleaner state than what it had been when they arrived!

They were very thorough and got the job done the same day even though it was past sunset(and chilly outside) and they had to make a trip to the hardware store in the middle of the job(because a part did not contain all the components). They explained how to perform routine maintenance on the new system, and cleaned up the work area after they were done.

I am very impressed with AY EMP and will be calling them for any other plumbing, or electrical work around the house!

We had a few things installed for our new home - new Toto toilets, shower valve, bathtub faucet, kitchen faucet. They came in person for an estimate. Communication was very prompt and courteous. All items were professionally installed and even went beyond expectation. Date of completion were a bit delayed but were due to the missing part problems and were solved soon after we got the replacement parts. Overall very pleased with the service done and will definitely recommend.

Andrew and his dad came out to replace our kitchen faucet. They arrived on time and did the work very professionally. The hard water had corroded some of the plastic and the work took longer than anticipated but they did it with patience and attention to detail. I will be using their services again.

Our kitchen faucet started with a drip which over time stopped working altogether. We had no water coming out of the faucet. We sent out a Yelp request pretty late on Sunday night, and got a response from Andrew within minutes. These guys do great, reliable work. I needed a 240V outlet installed in my garage so I could charge my EV and the process could not have gone more smoothly. I had an idea where to put the outlet but they came up with a better solution, even though it was more work for them - which they didn't charge me extra for. That is what I call quality service. They were in and out and even called a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. The quality of their work is first-rate and if I ever need *any* electrical work done to my home, these guys will be my first call. Highly recommend.

We had lost power in half our home. I called AY EMP and Andrew was able to come by our place the same day. Not only did he find the problem within an hour , he was able to remedy the problem and run to the hardware store to grab us a new part. His quote was really reasonable and he saved the day for us.
