Company Overview

While we tackle a wide range of jobs, AW Contracting focuses on updating and mending vintage homes.

The business began with me working part-time on a small market and some apartments in New Orleans. After a year, I was fully engaged in various projects, both commercial and residential. When I moved to Texas during autumn 2005, I broadened my services to include plumbing and electrical work. For years, I worked on residential and commercial properties across southern and Central Texas. In 2021, I relocated to Mississippi to improve my family’s quality of life and am now rebuilding my company.

Growing up, weekend viewings of This Old House and related shows sparked my interest in I have always dreamed of constructing and renovating homes. As a teen and young adult, I gained experience across multiple trades. I used summers to build fences, decks, roofs, floors, siding, and other structures. Alongside practical work, I obtained certificates and degrees in locksmithing, plumbing, and electrical fields. My background includes new construction and remodeling for homes and businesses. My portfolio includes schools, restaurants, leased spaces, historic homes, and more. If a task is outside my skill set, I will let you know or bring in someone who can handle it. I strive to guarantee that every client is pleased with the results of my work.
