Company Overview

Although we handle almost any project, AW Contracting specializes in renovating and repairing older residences.

Starting part-time, I renovated a modest supermarket and a handful of apartments in New Orleans. After a year, I was fully engaged in various projects, both commercial and residential. After relocating to Texas in late 2005, I expanded my offerings to plumbing and electrical trades. For years, I worked on residential and commercial properties across southern and Central Texas. Moving to Mississippi in 2021 allowed me to enhance my family’s home life while reestablishing my business.

Growing up, weekend viewings of This Old House and related shows sparked my interest in my desire to build and restore homes has driven me. I spent my youth learning through work in different fields. Summers were spent building fences, decks, roofing, flooring, siding, and more. I also earned certifications and degrees in locksmithing, plumbing, and electrical trades. I have experience with both new builds and renovations in residential and commercial settings. Projects range from schools and restaurants to leased units and historic residences. I possess knowledge in nearly every trade, and if I lack expertise, I will inform you or find a qualified professional. I am committed to ensuring my customers are satisfied with every job I undertake.
