Company Overview

Although we handle almost any project, AW Contracting specializes in renovating and repairing historic houses.

The business began with me working part-time on a small market and some apartments in New Orleans. In one year, I transitioned to full-time, handling multiple commercial and residential jobs. After relocating to Texas in late 2005, I expanded my offerings to plumbing and electrical trades. I dedicated several years to projects in homes and businesses all over southern and Central Texas. Since moving to Mississippi in 2021 for a better family environment, I have been rebuilding my business.

From childhood, watching shows like This Old House on weekends, my desire to build and restore homes has driven me. During my teenage and young adult years, I worked in various trades to gain hands-on experience. Summers were spent building fences, decks, roofing, flooring, siding, and more. I also earned certifications and degrees in locksmithing, plumbing, and electrical trades. I have experience with both new builds and renovations in residential and commercial settings. I have built or renovated schools, eateries, rental spaces, historic houses, and others. I possess knowledge in nearly every trade, and if I lack expertise, I will inform you or find a qualified professional. I strive to guarantee that every client is pleased with the results of my work.
