Home automation and AV system set can be a big racket. I've been through several contractors who either disappeared or who created systems so over complicated that it was almost a guarantee you would need them as lifetime members of the family (only really expensive ones).
I read some reviews on AVS and took a chance. Jonathan communicates clearly and does what he says he'll do. If he can't solve something immediately he does the research needed and gets it done. He didn't charge me for what I'm sure were a lot of hours of research he needed to do to solve some of our issues. He goes out of his way to find less expensive and smarter ways of doing things.
I trust Jonathan and will continue to use his services for all of our AV needs.

I really can't say enough good things about Jonathan. It feels so good to be treated honestly and professionally, especially after a series of truly terrible experiences with other companies.

I definitely would recommend Jonathan for any of your home entertainment needs. I went through a kitchen remodel and Jonathan moved my TV and cable box to a different room and installed a Sonos player and Universal remote. I am so happy with how it all works seamlessly together. I called Johnathan in the morning regarding an issue i was having with my projector not getting picture. He made time in his day to not only come out for a free consultation, but after his normal business hours. He arrived in a timely manner and ended up fixing my issue free of charge. Turns out I had some cables plugged incorrectly. Silly me. Will be calling Johnathan again for any issues I have with my electronics.

AVS Logic is great. We had a Coax connection in the family room and a very spotty wireless signal throughout the house. Jonathan came over for an estimate. He was punctual and knew exactly what needs to get done. He schedule the job very quickly, and again was punctual. He added a few new Ethernet connections and a Wi-fi access point. We moved the router from the family room to the office, so now we don't have an ugly router stuck in the middle of the family room. Jonathan ran Cat-6 cables under our house and now the hard wired PCs are blazing fast and the Wifi access point is very fast and has a great range (covers the entire house). Jonathan initially estimated half a day, but the job took a full day. He basically didn't leave until everything was perfect and he invoiced for exactly the sum of $ that we agreed on.

I recommend Jonathan as highly as I can! He just installed a Lutron system for my garden lights, which were on a mess of different circuits, and I couldn't be happier. He was efficient, extremely careful, explained it all to me, and his price was fair. He even came by a week later to make a small adjustment, no charge.

Friends of mine referred AVS after he did an amazing job for them. He was super fast with the estimate and was able to schedule our job very quickly. He did most of the work himself. I don't believe they are a huge organization but that was fine with me because he and Alex were great. He did an amazing job in 3 rooms at our house and we could not be happier with the service and the job. Super professional and reasonable.

Jonathan is super nice and met all of my expectations. I hired him to wire my house with ethernet, and clean up some audio cabling. He did an excellent job for a very reasonable price.

He came very promptly for the quote and was able to book me for the job pretty quickly. I will say he under-estimated the amount of time this job will take but I will not blame him for that as my house is a wire-eating fortress of doom and there were a number of complications that could not have been foreseen. He stayed pretty late, but he got the job completely done, and did not take any shortcuts, despite opportunities to do so.

Everything he did looks polished and professional, and he uses quality parts.

Overall he did an excellent job and I would definitely hire him again.

Every one of these 5 star reviews is spot on accurate. I called Jonathan looking for someone to run and install two Ethernet and coax connections along with a new OTA antenna. He came over a couple of days later, gave me a quote (including an Angie's List discount) that was most reasonable and competitive. We scheduled the installation a couple of days afterward. He was punctual, professional, thorough, and downright amazing. The installation turned out to be more difficult than planned, complete with crawling through an obstacle course of ancient swamp cooler duct work left in the attic by a previous owner, on a hot, late August day in Woodland Hills. Not one complaint from him, only hard, hard work. Yes, we gave him a sizable tip that was well deserved, yet unexpected by him. He didn't leave for his next job until everything was tested and perfect. Thank you Jonathan, you deserve every accolade, and then some.
