My services include minor plumbing, drywall repair, electrical work, swamp cooler servicing, smart home installations, flooring, painting, and other household repairs. Rather than giving estimates, I carry out detailed assessments when issues arise. This process helps me pinpoint the problem, and I can show you my findings through video calls, face-to-face meetings, or images. After that, I present you with options before any work begins. There is a fee for the assessment, but if you choose to hire me, it will be deducted from your total repair cost. To ensure a detailed evaluation, the assessment generally takes 1-2 hours.
