I’m a handyman who can handle a variety of tasks. I specialize in light plumbing, drywall restoration, electrical fixes, swamp cooler upkeep, smart home configurations, flooring, painting, and numerous home repair tasks. I prefer to perform an assessment analysis over simply offering quotes when something needs attention. This way, I can clearly communicate what I discover, whether through video chat, in-person discussions, or pictures. I will then outline your options prior to starting any work. There is a fee for the assessment, but if you choose to hire me, it will be deducted from your total repair cost. Completing an assessment requires thoroughness and typically takes 1-2 hours.
