I’m a handyman who can handle a variety of tasks. My services include minor plumbing, drywall repair, electrical work, swamp cooler servicing, smart home installations, flooring, painting, and other household repairs. I prefer to perform an assessment analysis over simply offering quotes when something needs attention. This way, I can clearly communicate what I discover, whether through video chat, in-person discussions, or pictures. From there, I provide you with choices before proceeding with any repairs. An assessment fee applies, but if you decide to proceed with my services, it will be credited towards your overall repair expenses. To ensure a detailed evaluation, the assessment generally takes 1-2 hours.
