Company Overview

As a handyman, I tackle a wide range of jobs. My services include minor plumbing, drywall repair, electrical work, swamp cooler servicing, smart home installations, flooring, painting, and other household repairs. Rather than giving estimates, I carry out detailed assessments when issues arise. This allows me to identify the issue and share my findings with you through video chat, in person, or via photos. From there, I provide you with choices before proceeding with any repairs. There is a fee for the assessment, but if you choose to hire me, it will be deducted from your total repair cost. To ensure a detailed evaluation, the assessment generally takes 1-2 hours.
