Our general contractor hired AVS to do the electrical work on a major remodel in the Inner Sunset. Andrei did a truly professional job having to overcome challenges posed by PG&E and the difficulties inherent in doing major rewiring in an older home. He was always there to address issues on a timely basis and come up with safe and creative solutions. He explains what he is doing when you ask questions and knows what the Code requires. He was able to work with City inspectors as needed. I recommend him for any project that people may have.

In 2015, we spent a year renovating our San Francisco Victorian. It was a big project which required rewiring the existing footprint, new wiring for new living space, and bringing in more power from the street. Andrei made himself available to install a motion-sensor light for me on very short notice He was wonderful to work with, from meeting with me to discuss the kind of fixture I wanted, to picking it up and then exchanging it for something better when I didn't really like the first one he got, to installing it, and then for following up to make sure it was working well. I used AVS Electric (Andrei) to install three ceiling fans (including adding power to the location, cutting the ceiling, installing switches, and assembling the fans) and a chandelier. He was great at communicating - quoted me quickly, showed up on time, and was good about cleaning up after the work was done. Andrei did a very professional job and I'd highly recommend him. The work was done efficiently, within budget, and with a minimum of stress.
