Nice guy came out to do our windows-forgot his name. He took off his shoes when inside which is appreciated. It does take a lot of time, almost 4 hours for 9 windows interior/exterior plus screens so be prepared. I do see a difference for sure by a lot but he did say it will take maybe 1-2 more times before it's perfect and encouraged me to keep it up. He did go over a few windows per my request because once you clean both sides you can then see the outcome- very friendly, fast communication, easy booking- overall I'm pleased I used them!

Had a 9 o'clock appointment scheduled for window cleaning interior and exterior with screens. The service tech didn't show up on time and then when I pinged the company 30 minutes later he was still in San Ramon and I live in Antioch so I canceled the appointment.

I called Estrada and they were able to come out within a week. Alex was the main guy who came to do a soft wash on the exterior of the house and deck, gutter cleaning, and window washing. They did a great job, was on time, and very professional. I'm going to be using them every year for cleaning- they were comparable pricing to other companies I had come out. Overall great experience!

I was looking to get my solar panels cleaned and Estrada was very responsive, easy to schedule, and gave a fair quote for the job.

Alex, the guy that came to do the job, was an absolute professional. He showed up on time and knocked the job out of the park. My panels were beyond grimey and the before and after photos that Alex took really showed the quality of his work and credibility. He even cleaned out a corner of my gutter that leaked from buildup. I will definitely be using them again as well as checking out some of their other services!

Super quick response! Really embarrassed of our gutters that had weeds, leaves, and roots grown into the gutters. I'm not able to get up on the roof to clean it and kept putting it off, but Estevan and Alex took great care of us in a timely matter. Communication, professionalism, and quality of work is amazing. I went on Yelp to find someone to clean my gutters. Estrada got back to me very quickly and was super easy to schedule a mutually agreeable time. They offered to also clean my solar panels, which I wasn't looking for, but the price seemed reasonable. They were unbelievably great. Arrived a little bit early and worked all afternoon and did a fantastic job, completeing both tasks with great detail and enthusiasm, much more and better than I expected. Totally enthusiastic about them. Very impressive service.
