Wow, called for a quote and was asked to Venmo $45 to whoever answered the phone just to receive an estimate on some work. I said no and got hung up on. Very unprofessional. Rude.

*To respond to his comment, I am not a realtor, I work for one. And I did NOT ask for a discount for our clients. I asked for a QUOTE on the work so we can put together a request for repairs before buying. I'm expected to pay for a quote? None of the other companies I called tried to charge for a quote and were very helpful.

Was told one price then changed much more and left us with a bunch of holes they cut out! Owner said they are electricians not painters! I wouldn't recommend them. Had to ask them to put on masks as they wanted to enter my house without any ppe.

It. Charged us $205. Next day it wouldn't go on so we called him and he said ""it was working when I left. Must be something else . I'll have to charge you if I come out again"" We had also asked for an estimate for other work we wanted done. Then he called to give us estimate for the job we wanted done.
I told him we got another electrician to fix the light he didn't fix.
Anderson Electric fixed our light and charged us $50.00 less of what Avila did and did a very professional job.
When we were talking to Jesse, he said his son goes to Don Bosco and we were paying for it i thought he was kidding, but obviously not.
We got him because he was local and family owned.

I called Jesse and he helped me over the phone. I appreciate his honesty and great customer service. As a single mom, I was worried about the cost but he gave me a free service. It is absolutely appreciated! I will call Avila Electric for any of my electrical issues in the future!

This is an honest company exhibiting a tremendous amount of integrity. When I fried a breaker, Jessie from Avila III Electric calmly talked me through how to reset the breaker, how to determine if it truly needed to be swapped out, and willing to come to site within 2 hours of initial contact. Even though I didn't end up utilizing the services, I would highly recommend and consider contacting this electrician for future upgrades or repairs. Thank you Jessie for trying to help people in the community during a pandemic without any mercenary intent.

This was my first time using Avilla electric . His crew Anthony and Juan were very knowlegable , polite , professional and clean with the job for me. Jesse ( owner) called right after job was done to see if me or my wife had any questions or concerns with the job. I would definitely call them for any other electical work in the future .
