We recently had work done by Avery Electrical Services. First, let me tell you that I reached out to 5 different companies and no one got back to me even weeks later. We asked for recommendations for an electrician in our neighborhood Facebook group and somebody recommended Travis Avery. I called Travis and left a voicemail about what I wanted to be done.

1. Install several electrical outlets on our back deck as well as an outlet for our pool pump.
2. Troubleshoot 2 faulty breakers in the house

Travis returned my call within that hour and said he could swing by the house to give me an estimate. Travis showed up on time and took his time to understand what we were asking. He even recommended adding an extra outlet for my pellet grill as it would not be that much more since they were already going to be pulling cable. After we decided everything, we wanted in our project Travis said he would send me over a quote and we will go from there. He texted me later on in the day to let me know that I should have received the quote. We reviewed the quote and paid half for the project upfront. He later contacted me asking if a certain day would work for me. I agreed to that day and he sent out Alex and Paul. They worked a good part of the day on our project and finished everything in the backyard. Everything looked great and it feels and looks so much better now that we don't have a billion extension cords all over the place powering our devices. They weren't able to get to the faulty breakers but Travis assured me that they would be back the next morning to look at them. The next morning Alex and Paul came back and went above and beyond troubleshooting this issue. They were able to figure out the issue now my breaker does not trip when I power up my devices (Computer and a few lights).

I would like to point out the customer service when it comes to Travis and his guys. We've recently done a lot of renovations to our house and worked with a lot of different vendors. The one thing I found is good customer service and communication are extremely hard to find. I worked with vendors that I felt were flat-out ignoring me and didn't care about my project. Travis is one of the best in communications that I found. He is extremely responsive and he and his crew and very nice and easy to talk to. They always explained things so I could understand them and would answer all the questions that I had for them.

If you are looking for an electrician and a great vendor/contractor, you need to give Travis a call. It was a pleasure working with Avery Electrical Services. When I need more electrical services, I will be reaching out to him without a doubt.

We needed to have a plug installed in our garage for our new electric car. I called Avery, and Travis came out right away and looked everything over.
With our panel full, it looked like this was going to
turn into a really long, expensive job.

However, Travis and his team were able to find a way to switch some breakers, and make it all work out!

His team was here and gone in about an hour, and everything looks great and works exactly as expected!

Wow! I cannot say enough great things about Avery Electrical! They were super responsive and helpful. We had an outlet not working in the house and our dishwasher was not working. It turns out that the dishwasher was a switch I didn't know about and instead of making me feel bad about it, the tech just helped explain the why behind it and that it is something to look for in newer homes. As a women, it is nice to not be talked down to when it comes to this stuff.
They helped replace a faulty breaker and gave me the heads up on some builder issues with the labels in the breaker box to follow-up on.
All of this and the best part, I called on Tuesday and they were here Wednesday morning. After no dryer for a month, I was a very happy camper!
Certainly everything was top notch and I would not hesitate to call again for any electrical issues.

Within a few minutes on a Saturday evening, Travis responded to my initial inquiry. We texted back and forth about our issue and was over at the house within an hour or so. He quickly diagnosed and replaced a bad breaker in the main box. Great service, great price...,we will be sending many referrals!

I called Avery Electrical Services to address a problem I was having with tripping breakers. Travis and Alex arrived on time, went straight to work and, inside of an hour, replaced eight circuit breakers and installed whole house surge protection. They didn't make a mess, the price was reasonable, and when they left everything worked properly. A month later, everything is still working. What more can I ask? In the future, would I call them again? Of course I would!
