Absolute worst customer service. I have two units I called due to a warning on one of them. He told me it was the other until and that warning was because it was working too hard. It took over a month for my air to be fixed because he would not answer calls or reply to text messages. My home warranty company was not able to contact him on various occasions. Additional information was needed from him to complete the order and it was delayed due to not being able to reach him. I also had issues with him replying to my text messages, answering, and returning calls. It got to the point where I requested a new service provider. In order to get a new one the equipment needed would have to still be the supplier. An agent called to verify and he stated that he had already picked the equipment up, therefore I was not able to change providers. The day before my repair was scheduled he called and stated that they was a problem and the equipment was not there (later it was determined that he was at the wrong location) this is after he told my home warranty he had the equipment already. It took an additional 6 days for him to come out, over a month after my air went out. He then proceeded to tell me how he lost money because he has to pay workers for jobs even if they don't do the work, referring to him not being able to pick up the equipment. Over a month for a repair because he didn't answer but he lost money for being in the wrong location? Not let me work you in as quickly as possible due to my mistake but in almost another week I can get to you. My family feared he wouldn't come then. It took so long to come back out to do the repair that my other unit broke the day before he came. This is the until that I called about to begin with, he said there was nothing wrong with it even after I showed him the error codes. He then said I never told him about that unit or showed him any codes. The process started over, repairs on hold due to additional information needed from him and again so or now response. I requested someone else, I was willing to start over wait to have a new technician come out rather than deal with him not answering.

I had new ac ..the price was good but the quality was so bad ..they didn't do the job right ..a lot of job is not finished ..i paid Jonathan in full in the same day
They came and finished what was not done after ARS came and found that..
Just less than 2 years i have to change the compressor and the capacitor..and of course i will pay him for everything..it is been a week with messages and phone calls..but he ignore me..
I wish they change their attitude with their customers..and i wish they know business is customers

Victor came out through Home Warranty FIXD and diagnosed as overcharged and compressor needed to be replaced (on a 1.5 month old unit). Said he would be back the following week to replace...FIXD called half way through appointment window to say part didn't arrive and rescheduled for Monday. no call, no show. called Tuesday, given another excuse about covid delays for parts, rescheduled again for Thursday. another no call, no show. called the next morning and FIXD told me that ""tech requested removal from job because customer is rude"". called another AC company, they came out at 7pm that night and re-diagnosed and fixed unit for $110 with no after hours fee.

*BEWARE* Jonathan took $6000.00 deposit from me to do a job and when I canceled the job, he only returned $1500.00. I've been chasing him for 2 weeks and he's been unresponsive.

I had Johnathan service my home . He came in , showed us and explained what our problem was with our AC , and fixed it ! Definitely my new AC guy . Also , he can do electrical work too , so that's a perk .

Jonathan came over from our insurance company. He was rude and outright lied multiple times. He clearly did not know what he was doing and kept calling someone to ask for help to do simple tests. He claimed he had done tests on our a/c that he clearly couldn't have done. He said he had checked the entire system in about 3 minutes. He wouldn't answer any questions except for extremely vague answers. He tried to tell us we needed coolant and wanted to charge TWICE what the next guy did. He was acting like he was doing us a favor. I got a very bad feeling about him and refused to let him work on my house. Good thing because the next guy we got charged us half the price and told us a lot of good info about our a/c that Jonathon completely missed. We found out Jonathan was lying about multiple things or at the very least clueless and trying to take advantage of us. To be honest, I didn't even use my real account for this because he scares me ( I left out some important details so he won't know who I am), but he is an aggressive and scary scammer.
