Mark A.Amber from AV Excellence was fantastic! My home theater system and multi-room speaker system was installed when the house was built. I had replaced pieces of the system over time causing the system to not work as it once did. Other pieces just stopped working. Amber was able to troubleshoot the system, figure out how the system was wired, what was needed to make it work, and offer things that could make it better. She was responsive and prices for replacing broken stuff and buying new stuff were very reasonable. Hopefully I won't be needing her services for another 10 years, but if something breaks again, I'll be calling AV Excellence.
