Was able to give advice to the great wisdom of the owner. It is hard to find a company that is willing to give advise and oversee the issues without charging an arm and a leg. Through this pandemic the company looked carefully at the images and walk me through the problem. It always feels like a gamble when you hire someone to work on your home, no matter how much research you do. You read yelp reviews and hope for the best. I can tell you that with AV Electric, you will get the THE BEST! Luis is wonderful to deal with. I enjoyed every interaction. AV Electric was competitive with their rates but what put them over the top and why we picked them was their prompt responses and communication. We had just bought our house this year and needed a few items addressed. Luis and his crew came out to address landscape lighting that was damaged, fixed 6 exterior house lights, installed a new outlet, fixed 2 other dead outlets and install a new dedicated circuit for our hot tub.

I know it was a lot of work but Luis made it seem simple. We felt taken care of. Anyone who has ever had any construction work knows that there will be some small items you can't fully anticipate until you start the work. But what sets good people apart (like Luis) is their ability to communicate with you and guide you through the process, finding the best, and most reasonable way to solve any challenge. We even had a question after the work was done and he was still very responsive and available. You will be able to get help and answers from him if you have any issues.

AV was everything I was looking for trying to find an electrician to bring power to a newly build accessory building in my back yard. They provided a quote through Yelp, understood the scope of the project, and came by to confirm everything in person.

Out of 8 electricians, AV Electric was the company that provided the best price quote. One other electrician was close to his price, but the rest were nearly double to triple the cost estimate.

Louis always answered my text messages in a timely manner, they showed up for work at the times they said they would, did good work and at a good pace.

At the end everything came out exactly as I hoped it would. I don't have a single complaint or issue.
