Manuel Acevedo and crew (Juan and Jay) were great. Manie's entire crew was professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous in resolving my flickering lights problem. It was quite a mystery but they checked out everything and found the problem (that was) within my fuse box. Bad circuit breaker. The price was below what I expected to pay. Even gave me a Veterans discount. I can't say enough good things about AV Electric ! Mannie and his crew were great ! I needed to have a ceiling fan removed and a chandelier installed. Manny asked me to send him a picture of the chandelier and he assured me they could handle it. They were extremely efficient and took the care necessary to hang my chandelier.

I will definitely use them for any and all of my electrical needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. On 12/05/22 they replaced a breaker in a bathroom. It stopped working again and I called them on 12/21/22. Manny rudely told me he didnt think it had anything to do with thier repair and made a snarky comments but said they take a look at it in 12/22/22. He made sure to tell me I would have to pay for the repair if it was unrelated issue which I said fine. They never showed up and ignore my calls. They wasted my tenants and my time. Any decent business respects thier customers and would call to cancel if they could not make it.

Well, AV Electric did do a darn good job the first time I called them back in Jan 2022. So, called them again for another issue. They asked me to text them as they were busy, and I did so. The guy said Wednesday afternoon was good so I prepped the area they would be working on but - no call back from them. No answer to my call. No answer to my texts. No confirmation they were coming. It's as if they simply do not exist ... or maybe they think we don't, hard to say.

So, either they went out of business yesterday or they're just being incredibly rude.

A very pleasant experience from beginning to end.
I'd been having trouble scheduling someone to install my ceiling fan.
When I 1st called, I was able to schedule an appointment that fit my schedule, and gave me a great quote.
A half hour before my appointment, Manny texted me with a confirmation of their arrival time.
They arrived promptly, and I let him know where I wanted the fan. He carefully explained the entire process, and kept me informed throughout.
Upon completion, everything was completely cleaned up like new.
HIGHLY recommend AV electric for any of your electrical needs. I won't use anyone else

Just got myself a Tesla and needed a wall charger put in. There's something good about with a business when it's easy to schedule a job and they show up in time. I have been chatting with Manny via text regarding delivery of the unit and scheduling the job and he was so responsive and a joy to just discuss what was needed for the job. They came ahead of schedule and finished the work in a timely manner. Cleaned up after themselves and they clearly knew what they were doing. The mounting of the charger and cabling was super clean and neat. Thank you Manny for the professionalism and look forward to having you do more work at my home and at the opening of our new business in Santa Clarita. If your looking to get any electrical work done Manny is your man.
