In 1962, my father started this company and I have been running it for the past 35 years.
I have been working in this field since I was old enough to use a screwdriver. I often visited my father's shop and he would let me take apart appliances.

Jessicahh H.Let me start with my appointment schedule date was 5 days out, which was unacceptable, then the man that shows up was very unprofessional, I got on the phone and explained what was wrong with my stove and he argued with me and stated there was 2 burners that didn't work then I explained that all of them work off and on then he said was nothing wrong with it! He pretty much kept cutting me off and yelling over my voice! Me as a paying customer I did not deserve that kind of service! Then he tells me he will replace 2 burners and doesn't do it and doesn't have the decency of Letting me know he just canceled everything and left.. and gave no explanation!!! What kind of service is this???
