I have to start off by saying that the job and costumer service provided was definitely 5 stars, and will be using Austin's Electrical (AE) for any other work needed in my home.

The work that was needed done on my house was a full panel upgrade, running underground conduit from the house into the garage, new ceiling fans installed and test and replace outlets as needed.
Hit up Google, called them, they said they would come out take a look and provide a free estimate. As a consumer you have to shop around, called several companies, a lot of them, finding out I lived within Riverside city limits, informed me that the permits and inspections could be a hassle and weren't sounding to enthusiastic about it. Some gave me an estimate over the phone,didn't ever bother to come out, and comparing prices I was given over the phone, Austin's seemed to be the correct choice. I decided to go with AE. Best choice I could've made. They took care of the permits, the meter spot check and inspection scheduling. Hassle free. Was without power for maybe about 8-10 hours while they did the panel. I was at work for the majority of the times they worked at home, but I was being updated every step of the way. With me being at work, it was my wife and 3 year old at home, my wife commented how professional they were and how comfortable she felt asking questions that she might have. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to go With Austin's Electrical. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and impeccable costumer service.

Amazing experience. I thought I knew what my problem was and Austin came prepared to fix it. After looking into the problem he was able to solve the problem at 1/3 of what he had originally quoted me. He could have easily just done some stuff and it would have worked and I would have paid for something I really didn't need. Instead, he let me know what was the real problem and charged me just what was fair. It's rare this day and age to find honesty in people. It's refreshing to know that it still exists. I will never call anyone else.

Contacted Austin to install a new ceiling fan in a bedroom that did not have one. He showed up with a coworker and they both got to work immediately. Made sure the bed was covered with plastic to prevent any debris falling on bed. They were quick and very clean. He also took a look at a fan in another room not working properly, and was able to wire it in order to work correctly. They did a terrific job!

Had some work done in our home today -- we had three different issues (broken bathroom vent, non-working porch light and non-working kitchen light) that were taken care of by Austin and Manny in about three to four hours.
These guys are hardworking, friendly, knowledgeable and didn't waste any time getting to work.
Everything now works as it should.
They tarp everything really well and clean up -- I was actually thinking I'd have to at least sweep up afterwards, but they cleaned everything up thoroughly.
I'm very appreciative.

Professional service for reasonable pricing. Austin and his team were very responsive, friendly and reliable. He installed an exterior security camera, pendant lighting, ceiling fans, backlit mirrors and extra outlets. Highly recommended. Would hire again.

Gonna give this business 5 stars even though he did not physically come out and assist with our issue. We were experiencing issues with the generator in our trailer. My husband is quite familiar with working on the generator, however, he was ready to throw in the towel. This is when we reached out to Austin. In todays times when things are tough for many people, Austin, could have come out to my home and charged me for a house call and then whatever repairs he would have done BUT, instead he talked to my husband and gave him some advice on what to do to troubleshoot our issue. Well it ended up that my husband was able to fix the problem with the advice Austin gave him. You just don't come across people like this anymore. So because of our interaction with Austin I am giving his business 5 stars and have added his contact info to my phone. Thanks again Austin. As my husband said, looks like I'll keep my trailer another 10 years

Austin has installed a Tesla wall charger for me in the past, he did an amazing and clean job. Today, I had him install Ring cameras (front and rear). As always, he was on time and installed my cameras flawlessly. Awesome guy! I will always call him for any electrical projects I will have.
