They didn't actually come, but asked me to send a picture of the panel, and taught the to push the breaker all the way up, I actually did the same thing multiple times before I called them, but this time it worked magically. They are very patient and knowledgeable, if I have any problems for electricity, I would definitely choose this company to help me again.

Seemed very knowledgeable since they were able to fix and install outlets, and get light fixture working quickly.

However, considering how much they quoted and charged for electrical panel maintenance and replacing emergency exit lights, their work should have been more reliable.

I had to call another company to fix those areas. After speaking with the owner and being told that the emergency exits lights were tested, I didn't feel comfortable having them come out again.

I end up using two other companies after a fire inspection. After the first inspection, a company had to maintenance the electrical panel siting it appeared it had neglected for many years (at no charge).

After the second fire inspection, I had to call another company to repair the emergency Exit lights. It was found that the battery was not connected in either of the emergency exit lights this company installed.

Prices too high for their level of service, and don't indicate or offer to review their work at no charge.

I would recommend Austin to anyone. He's very honest and loves to help in anyway he can even if it's advice to where he won't make any money. My mini split AC needed a dedicated line, contacted Austin and he got back with me within the hour. I told him about the project and immediately told me that Manny is coming for some visual confirmation of what the service request entails. Manny arrives exactly the time he said he will be. As soon as measurements sent to Austin for confirmation, I got a call and he quoted me how much the work cost. I ask for a Veteran discount and he said yes!!! Thank you Austin. The work started as soon as the next day and I was so amazed how fast and professional this duo work. I love that they have a free quote while others tend to charge consultation fee. Glad to have done business with them and will recommend them to anyone in need of electrical work.
