I called on Monday stating the issue, certain areas of the house, including the kitchen, were without electricity. They told me they'd have someone out the following day, and took my info. I called the next day to confirm, and was told to call someone else, that they were too busy to come out, despite the fact that my stove and fridge weren't getting electric. So I did.
