Very disappointed. When a customer specifically asks if you have experience wiring a 230v hot tub don't say yes unless you do! Brandon was very professional, confident and affordable, I felt at the time my brand new Hot Springs was in good hands. I handed over the wiring directions and he went to work. When he was complete my hot tub was wired for 120v for the wrong model, the breaker panel had the hot lead wired to the neutral bus bar. In addition I now have hole drilled 4 inches from the pre-existing conduit access that I need to patch around so the rodents don't intrude and destroy the wiring. Stick with Audio Video!

Great service from Brandon. He arrived on time and quickly installed the new outlets behind the TV and fished all the wires. What a difference!

A last second request to do the same for our master bedroom TV was met with no issues. And he even mounted the TV for me!

Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to get their TV and AV wires hidden in the walls.
