Company Overview

At Aucoins Residential Appliance Repair LLC, we hold all necessary licenses and insurance. With 20 years of experience in electrical work, HVAC, appliance repair, maintenance, and installation, I am a certified 608 EPA Universal Technician, and I am also an MST Certified Technician, and I have certifications from both Thor and GE.

All of my services come with a guarantee; if I am unable to perform your repairs, there will be no charge to you. Additionally, I offer emergency services around the clock.

I started a total home maintenance company in 2016. Shortly after, a flood changed the course of my business, which led me to pivot into general contracting. After two years in contracting, I shifted back to maintenance services. Following the COVID crisis, I resumed commercial maintenance for an assisted living facility. Following a break and business restructuring, I am now focused on residential appliance repair, maintenance, and sales. Although I continue to perform HVAC and electrical repairs, those are not my primary services.

My experience in the maintenance industry spans 20 years. I began with electrical and have ventured into nearly every trade in the industry. I have experience in both residential and commercial settings. I progressed into management roles across various companies. In 2016, I decided it was time to start my own business. The journey has had its share of challenges. With the support of God and my wife, I have been able to keep my head above water. Being a one-man operation, I can provide the highest level of service to my customers.
