Company Overview

We are a licensed and insured company at Aucoins Residential Appliance Repair LLC. I bring two decades of expertise in electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, maintenance, and installation. I hold the 608 EPA Universal Certification, and I am also an MST Certified Technician, and I have certifications from both Thor and GE.

Every service I provide is backed by a guarantee; should I be unable to carry out your repairs, you won't be billed. I also provide 24-hour emergency services.

In 2016, I launched a comprehensive home maintenance business. Soon after, a flood redirected my business focus, causing me to transition into general contracting. Following two years in that field, I returned to maintenance services. After the COVID pandemic, I returned to commercial maintenance, specifically for an assisted living facility. After a period of restructuring and time off, I am now concentrating on residential appliance repair, maintenance, and sales. While I still handle HVAC and electrical repairs, those are not my primary services.

I have dedicated two decades to the maintenance industry. I began with electrical and have ventured into nearly every trade in the industry. I have experience in both residential and commercial settings. I moved into management positions in different companies. In 2016, I chose to establish my own business. There have been many challenges along the way. Thanks to the support of God and my wife, I have been able to keep my head above water. As a one-man operation, I can ensure top-notch service for my customers.
