I have an electrical issue that my home insurance will cover. Home insurance co. contacted Auburn Electric to fix the issue. I waited 2 weeks and no call from Auburn Electric to set up appointment. I called into Auburn Electric and there was some kind of mis-communication. This part is ok because sometimes mistakes happen. The issue is when I called in to find out the status and once the person who answered the phone found out it was an insurance claim, suddenly my house in Pilot Hill, CA (Which is 10.7 miles away from Auburn) became too far for their services. I was told ""Normally we do not go out that far."" I was then told Auburn Electric would look into the service request and get back to me. So I waited 6 days and no response back to me. So I cancelled my Ins. request for Auburn Electric and will find a company that is closer than the 10.7miles from Auburn Electric.

My elderly aunt""s wiring went out. Her phone and other appliances would not work because of wiring in the outlet. She is 94, very hard of hearing and living alone far from others so She depends on her phone. She was very distressed and upset . I called Auburn Electric and they fit her in a couple hours later even though they were busy. Bill came out .. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. In no time he had the outlets repaired and everything was working !! His price was very very reasonable. Thank you Auburn Electric!!

I knew when I read the reviews about Bill that ""God"" was on his way. Yes, God arrived and ""let there be light"" and there certainly was light...all lights on and working. Auburn Electric is now my go-to electrician for all my electrical needs. I've used them twice, once for a kitchen remodel and once for adding circuits. Quick response, friendly and courteous service, extremely fair price. No job too big or too small. And I'm interested in learning techniques and Bill was more than willing to show and explain things, even let me do a couple of them and checked my work.

Very thorough. I had a tough problem trying to find a short in one of the wires in my kitchen. It took a long time, but he was able to find it and had my kitchen back in business in a few hours. He knows his stuff. We definitely use him again. He is honest and provided good service.

I've always had great experiences with Bill at Auburn Electric. He knows his stuff. Great service and competitive prices. I wonder if that one star commenter might have the wrong company. Auburn Electric has never used vans to my knowledge. I've only ever seen them arrive in trucks.
