I feel bad to have waited so long (tax-time!) to get my review in for AMAZING REGINALD - who saved me & my tenants with his depth of knowledge and creativity to keep our old electric outlets going a bit longer!. He is a 'Master Journeyman' - and those words, truly, carry great meaning. So thankful he came to our rescue!

Owner Lisa Guzman knowingly and unethically charges for electrical services not performed. I had a project with an estimate outlining 5 hours of electrical services (at $175/hr). John (who is awesome, by the way!) completed the project in 4 hours and the bill was paid. The next day I spoke to Devonne, the Business Manager, who agreed to refund 1 hour of electrical services not worked and stated she would place a check in the mail but first needed to check with the owner. Lisa Guzman called me and refused the request. She was condescending to the point I had to ask her to quit insulting my intelligence. So, use caution if you are looking to complete a mid to large size project--based on the way I was treated by Lisa Guzman, you will likely be charged for electrical services you did not receive.

I had a second occasion to use ATX Electrical and I can say that they are fantastic. What do you want from an electrician? I want someone that is responsive, takes their time to explain the situation and does good work. These guys hit it out of the park in every way. You will not be disappointed. These guys were great. They were responsive, knowledgeable and on time. You could not ask for more.

The absolute slowest electricians ever knowing full well they're raping you on an hourly rate. Absolutely ridiculous, and work had to be redone. Wrong wattage bulbs installed burned out the ballasts UCL's. Their light switches weren't grounded properly. Took an entire 9 hour day for them to hang a single light fixture that they had already prepped for half a day prior. We should have back charged them for the time and effort it took us to redo and finish what they didn't. They are completely stubborn and ego driven when you try to communicate with them about your complaints, in their minds they can do no wrong. Would not recommend!

John at ATX Electrical was outstanding! He came out to take a look at our project and jumped into action noting the deficiencies that had been brought to our attention during this project and I was able to validate his findings. His work was super clean and tidy. We added an exterior outlet for our sump pump and he didn't have to run any extra exterior conduits like I had been previously quoted for less $$. I am really pleased with how it turned out. ATX was not the cheapest, but their work was definitely superior. I would call them back in a heartbeat because I know I'll be taken care off.

ATX Elec. was fantastic to work with. I had a very uncommon (so far) need of for a generator manual transfer switch where my F-150 Powerboost acts as the generator. Some electricians were very slow to come and talk to me about it and some essentially hung up the phone when I told them that the F-150 was the generator.

ATX Elec. was excited for the project once I explained what I was doing. They sent out a tech in just a couple of days to review what was needed and started the work on the spot! After working through a few issues they were able to get my manual transfer switch up and running and I couldn't be happier. No more power outages for me!

ATX Elec. was was, professional, and ready to tackle something new. I really appreciate their help.

The electrician from ATX arrived on time, completed all the work I requested and upon finishing, cleaned up and left the work area in the same condition as before. I have used their services on multiple occasions and I am a happy and loyal customer.

I find them to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them for any residential electrical needs!
