Way Way Over Priced!! Has a 100% mark up on materials! Charged me his $120 hourly rate to go get a part he forgot to bring to complete the job. Also his website states he's A+ Rated with the BBB, But per the BBB site he has been Revoked since 2017. Karma will catch up!

Do not hire this company. We had a generac generator installed by Tom the owner of this company. We bought the generac generator through this company ATR electrical and Tom the owner.

The generator has not worked correctly since the day it was installed. Cranked the generator but it would not turn over right away it took 30 minutes and several tries. Tom said you're all set and went on his way.

The first Monday it was supposed to turn over automatically and start it did not. We called Tom and he told us to contact the gas compan that it was a regulator/gas issue. $100 later the gas company told us that there was plenty of fuel, the regulator was fine and plenty of pressure.

We called Tom back and let him know we were still having issues with the generator. He said I just install them I do not service them.

We have had several error messages on the generator and have attempted to contact Tom and ATR electrical but have gotten no reply.

The generator has now been installed 7 months and last night we lost power and the generator wouldn't even crank. We are getting a wiring issue error message now. We have shut off the generator and are looking for a real certified generac generator technician.

If we have to pay for this problem with the generac generator and the wiring issue was Tom and ATR electrical fault we will be going taking them to court.

Hire Tom or ATR electrical at your own risk.

We have been having problems with our outlets for a while now. I called them and he came out and got job done. Very professional and honest and he even checked entire panel to make sure Everything was good before finishing up. I definitely recommend this company and will be using in again soon for our addition.

I am not happy with having to leave TOM the owner of ATR electrical this negative fb as i have hired him to do several BIG jobs before and have always tipped him $40. bucks on TOP of the high prices he charged but i always felt he was worth the money up until now. We had an appt. YESTERDAY from 10 to 12pm and he never showed up. I gave him an hour before I called him at 1pm to find out why he left me hanging wasting my time like i don't have other things to do and why couldn't have at the very LEAST, CALL and let me know he was running late or not gonna show up at all as that is what a PROFESSIONAL does and at least human descency and respectful thing to do. NOPE. He didn't pick up. I left a message and no call back so i called him again, voicemail again. Day wasted. Called again early this morning twice and NOPE, he didn't pick up so instead of calling his cell i called the office and of course no one picks up. I have NO CLUE why he is ghosting me as i have always treated him well, paid him well and TIPPED him VERY Well. I don't like being behind people calling adults like they are children being behind them to do what they were supposed to do or HOW to do things. I gave up and just gonna twitter, fb and BBB my experience. If something came up, he had AMPLE time to call or return my calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I found another Electrician that doesn't charge as much as he does and actually showed up on time with great pricing. The pandemic excuse is PLAYED OUT already which is all of the businesse's GO TO excuse.

ATR Electrical did an amazing job from coming out and solving the electrical switch issue and diagnosing the problem. They were great at explaining everything and placing everything back in place after solving the issue. They checked other plugs and switches and made sure everything was safe. Wonderful job when you call same day and have someone come and fix your issue! Thanks again!

Don't waste your time contacting this company. I called and requested an estimate to have a shop wired. T came as requested and I explained what I wanted done and he said he would email me an estimate in 3 days. After a week I attempted to contact him with no return call/reply. Maybe what I needed done was beyond the ability of his company. If so, he should at least have the common decency and professionalism to contact me and let me know to find someone else to do the job.
Not a reliable company that I can recommend.

I don't know much about electricity or electrocutions but I know a lot about customer service and Thomas exceeded my expectations today! When my step father came to the house we're currently remodeling Thomas had no problems answering to all of his questions and even joking around some. Also had no problems with our crazy kids running around the house & even talked to them a bit. Made me feel like he was more of a friend doing a quick favor then a random service guy coming to my house. Will definitely be using this company and referring family and friends for the years to come.
