I want to thank Atlas for a spectacular experience. My HVAC finally gave out. I called them in the morning and they arrived within a few hours to inspect the unit. I from the inspection to the next day installation, Atlas was totally professional and efficient. While getting an HVAC for Christmas was not my plan, I must admit it went so smoothly. I would recommend Atlas to anyone needing service or a new HVAC - FYI the phone staff was a delight to work with also. Thanks guys

I recently moved to the CENLA area and was in need of a new AC. old one was not cooling anymore. so I was very interested in Goodman Brand so I called them and asked if they sold and serviced this brand and was told they did. Set up an apt. and once it was finalized what I wanted, the guys showed up to remove my old unit and replaced it with a new Goodman GSX14 4 ton. work was preformed in under three hours and AC was back up and running. First month I saw an decrease in my electric bill by 37.00 and it has been a constant 73 degrees in our house, If you are looking for a AC company look no futher..

Our home warranty company called Atlas Cooling to service our a/c unit. They responded by promptly sending out Justin to inspect the unit. Justin was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained our issues to our satisfaction. Atlas has offices in Alexandria and Lafayette, so I was concerned about their service in Lake Charles. The office personnel assured us that they are in Lake Charles every day. I would not hesitate to use Atlas Cooling again.

After one week of setting up appts with another company and they never showed, I called Atlas. Brittany took my call and I immediately knew I had the right company. Brittany was courteous and knowledgable and had me set up for the guys to come out that evening. I called at 4:30 pm and the guys were at my place around 6pm ( I live an hour away). I also Received an email showing me a picture of who would be coming to my place for safety! Once here I was impressed with the tech, Micah who fixed my problem. Prices were reasonable. I would 100% recommend and use this awesome company again. I wish all companies had courteous employees who put the customers first and pride themselves on that fact. WAY TO GO ATLAS!!!!!!!

Wow! Fantastically incredible service!!

About a year or so ago, my A/C unit stopped working. I wasn't sure who to call but I was familiar with the names of some local companies. A friend of mine told us to check out Atlas Cooling due to their prices and 24 hour service. I wasn't familiar with the name but I found out that it was because they were a newer company in the area.

When I called, I was immediately greeted with friendly voice. I was assured that someone would be at the house to help me out. I didn't wait long and the owner, Keith Lasyone, came out and worked on my A/C. He is a genuinely nice guy and highly trained at that. The man definitely knows what he's doing. My unit was 15 years old and about to die. He put a kickstart on it which definitely helped and it lasted me about a year which is really awesome considering how crappy my unit was.

Again, I called Atlas Cooling and they quoted me an awesome deal for a new unit. They do offer financing. The crew came out and installed the new unit while I was at work so I came home to a cool house. Yay!

The new unit they installed is running perfectly and it's so freaking quiet. I love it.

I know I sound like a fan girl but I was really impressed with the overall experience. It's a stressful situation when your air goes out and it's 90 degrees outside. It's stressful thinking about costs...but they made me more at ease with their experience, honesty, kindness and prices. So my situation wasn't nearly as stressful as I know it could've been. That, in my book, deserves 5 stars.
