We launched our business in 2001, driven by our enthusiasm for technology rather than a mere career change. We didn’t transition from electrical or security fields; instead, we have analytical roots and wanted to use our skills effectively. The widespread deficiency in customer service, particularly among contractors, motivated us to establish a company that prioritizes client satisfaction. It was a natural fit to combine technology, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service.

Consulting, technology, and service are our promises to you. With a degree from The University of Georgia, I spent time at a prominent satellite communications company, where I developed a keen interest in home technology. Launching my own company enabled me to cultivate my love for technology.
