**ZERO STARS, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS**
I commissioned Atkins Electric for a job on my home after receiving 4 quotes from other licensed, insured, & bonded companies, & accepting his quote.
This company had the earliest availability, best plan of action that met our needs, & most reasonable rate.
**Owner has no-showed 2 appointments, with zero notification, causing full days of missed work & untold inconvenience.
**Repeatedly ghosted calls
**Failed to return calls that he did eventually decide to pick up & promised to return, after he would 'look into things'
**Failed to request the work permit required for the job, knowing full well a permit was required
**Failed to schedule the drop request on my meter, stating he 'had to check his email for emails from GA Power to see if they received the drop request'. That's weird, they don't send out emails confirming anything (I called the Drop # myself to find out how things work); you call, they tell you when they can drop your power, you either accept or don't, & it happens. With a week's lead time before my scheduled appointment, there was PLENTY of time for the drop to be scheduled, so again, he simply didn't do it. They can't do it the day-of.
**Owner has clearly been on other jobs when we've called to ask about his ETA on our appt days (this is an all day job).
I'm fed up with the incompetence at this point. There isn't an office number, or staff, all you get is the owner.
I've been attempting to get this work scheduled & completed since early May, & I've been beyond patient, polite, & incredibly accommodating, but all reserves of patience have been squandered. I'd advise against giving this man your service & money.
We're a dual veteran (active duty & retired) household, & his business practices are abhorrent & embarrassing. I'm exceptionally understanding, but I do expect people to follow through with their commitments, & extend the courtesy of telling me if they cannot.

Very happy with what he did to fix my problem. Very polite and friendly and very reasonable. He is going to do all my work for me now on. Thank you Mr Kenny
