Mikki R.Had an appointment for today. Took 2weeks to get a quote. I was scheduled for 930-1230. When I had no call and no show at1230; the quote was ""well it's just 1230"". Avoid this company. No customer service.
Steven B.Charged me for drive time. The guy said as soon as they finish a job, they clock in for the next one. I was charged a full hour of them just driving to my house. When I brought it up say said ""oh well we thought it would take 3 hours but only took 2, so we charged for drive time"". Then tried to justify by saying they thought only one person would come, but they sent 2. Terrible, would never use again.
