Came to astro electric because I caught one of their employee's on my property looking into our home and using our electrical sockets without permission when we have NEVER hired them for any services. Came to their office today to ask about this employee as we also had video recording of what had happen. The incompetent employee at the main office brushed off the situation and basically told us its not his problem nor did they care what their employees are doing. From the very beginning he was rude and dismissive which would make anyone upset. So you don't even know what employees you have? And how their actions represent your company? He had the nerve to call me ""huffy"" for being upset when he could not answer any my questions or show any sign of professionalism.

Very poor service! My house is still under warranty. The builder wrote an email to ask them check electric problem. For the whole week, no one contacted me. I called this morning. The lady on the phone promised that they would call back shortly. ( I asked three times about that!) BUT still! No one called me back for the whole day. So disappointed!!! Such a poor company!!!
