I was most pleased with the great electrical work Adrian did on our 80 year old apartment in Manhattan Beach. He puzzled through the Electrical rats nest that another electrical contractor had left earlier. He was cordial, on time, performed all that we requested. The bid was fair and all expectations were met. I most definitely recommend Jeff the owner of Assurance Electrical Services & Adrian, young but very knowledgeable.

Horrific experience. Do not use this company, ever. Jeff was friendly on the phone. We have some issues during the summer with our circuit getting overloaded. Called to see why it was happening and see if we could get it fixed. Gentleman came to the house and had us ""repeat the problem"" several times. We plugged in several things at once and over and over the circuit blew and they could not fix it without rewiring the entire home. Okay, bummer- its a rental and we can't afford that. No biggie. But, now I am being charged TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY DOLLARS for someone to come and blow my circuit about 10 times, and say there's nothing to be done.

Come on Jeff, that is highway robbery. Make sure you state ""I want an estimate , rather than come and see what the problem is"" or else you will get charged a proposterous amount.

Will never, ever use this man again. As a family with three small children, this amount of money is crippling. I'm so very disappointed.

I highly recommend these wonderful electricians. I had Eric install a fan and all the wires and switches. Excellent job and on time and fair price. You can trust this company will stand behind their work.

Eric helped my Mom out with an electrical repair at her home. Extremely fast response and very hard to find electricians like him these days. It's refreshing to find his excellent service! I recommend him for all your electrical needs.

Let me just tell you that Jeff and his customer service is the absolute best. I don't normally give reviews, but I called 7 electricians in the South Bay looking for some people to help me with some electrical outlets that went out and also a recessed light. Jeff called me back first of any of the electricians and in fact most did not call back. He was very easy to talk to on the phone and explained the issues with my home lighting. He scheduled an appointment with me and he showed up right on time in fact a little ahead of schedule.

He fixed all of the issues that I had in my house in very little time and charged a very fair amount for his services. I would not hesitate to go back to him again and in fact I will since I just bought a new Ceiling fan for my home. He is very highly recommended for any electrical services you need done.

Needing several things done I went to yelp and selected Assurance. Erik arrived ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed the reason for the short. In addition he installed the out door lights. I was please how reasonable the invoice was.

Well, all the positive reviews were correct, I spoke with Jeff on Monday of this week, made an appointment for Tuesday, Eric there technician was early, had the new fan installed in less then one hour, works great, my sister was here to open the house, she tells me Eric was great!

Although Yelp says there are a good number of competent electricians in the South Bay, apparently most have not yet joined the 21st century and are unable or unwilling to communicate over the Internet. Spent months chasing around others without success.

Not Jeff and crew from Assurance! They got right back to my emails, came out for a quote, showed up right on time and solved my problems. It wasn't a big job, but they gave it attention like it was one.

One issue we had was that trying to install our new ""smart"" doorbell ourselves blew out the doorbell transformer. They came and replaced it, and then helped to install the doorbell. Which, despite following the manufacturer instructions to the letter, blew out the new transformer too! Eric from Assurance ran to the hardware store, grabbed a new one, came back, got that one set up, and (using a different configuration) got it all installed and working. Really above-and-beyond on that, we're very appreciative. So great. One less item off the to-do list. Thanks guys!
