I needed someone to come out to my elderly parents' home to troubleshoot a misfiring alarm system asap, and was calling on their behalf. Bill was quick to respond and follow up with a possible visit the same day. My Mom had been able to contact and schedule someone in the meantime. I shared this with Bill I asked if he would be willing to be on standby in case that fell through. He honored my request and actually called me later to see whether we still needed his colleague to come out. We were all set, but I was really grateful for his responsiveness and follow up. They will be the first to call if I need someone again.

This review is long over due! We've been using Bill since 2001 at our tire shop in SSF. The security system is very reliable and the service you get from Bill and his team is what kept us with him for 10 plus years. When ever we had any issues, Bill was only a phone call away, and his team solved our problems in no time! We had experience with ADP before, and I would never receive such prompt service and professionalism as I would with Associated Security.
