Associated Security Alarm Company has been wonderful. Their dispatchers call us first if there is an alarm. We can tell them to dispatch or not depending on the circumstances. This is really good for us because our police department charges after the 1st few false alarms. They installed for a very reasonable price. Bill is a great and his crew were thorough. I highly recommend them! They are a local family operated business.

We've had their system since early 2000 and last night it paid for itself. A guy broke into the house through a skylight, but one step out of that first room and the system alarm sounded, calls were made, police dispatched, and nothing but a handful of cheap jewelry missing (he ran right past the Mac Book!). It all worked perfectly, and the owner Bill was as responsive after this event as when making the initial sale and installation. I highly recommend this locally owned and operated business.

I've been using ASAC for three years now, and I especially like the fact that when I have any questions, I can speak directly with the owner, Bill. In addition, he always follows up afterwards just to make sure everything is okay. This is a man who really knows his product and who provides great customer service.

I'll mention too that I once had a problem with a doo-hicky of some sorts. I know nothing about alarm systems, and Bill could have told me that the doo-hicky I had wasn't any good anymore and then charge me several hundred dollars for a new doo-hicky--and I would have been none the wiser. But he simply adjusted the doo-hicky free of charge.

Bill with Associated Alarm has helped me on several occasions with properties I manage on the peninsula. Most recently, I was on site at an Atherton property (on a Saturday) overseeing maintenance work and the medical alert portion of the alarm system was malfunctioning and sending false alarms to the monitoring station. I called Bill and explained what was happening and he was able to walk me through the necessary procedures to not only silence the alarm, but also get it back online prior to my departure. His knowledge of the system and his patience was invaluable. I don't look forward to problems associated with alarm systems but I'm glad to have Bill as the go to guy in the event something does goes wrong. Bill with Associated Security Alarm is the best! I needed to have an alarm system installed in my house. Bill and his team came to my house - was extremely thorough and gave a full assessment of safety options in the house. He carefully inspected the smoke alarm positions, window sensors etc. He was very clean and precise. My house is thoroughly monitored and my family and I feel very safe - thanks to the help of Bill and his team.
