The recessed lights in our dining room were flickering and strobing for the last several months. After trying unsuccessfully to fix the issue ourselves, we called ASL Electric to come take a look. Jerry arrived on a Friday afternoon in the pouring rain and quickly diagnosed the problem as an issue with our dimmer switch. He replaced the switch and made sure our three-way system worked appropriately after the fix. He cleaned up the debris and finished in less than half an hour. The job. Remove decades-old light fixtures in our kitchen and replace them with modern in-ceiling mounted lights, and replace old light switches with new light faders. Had an issue pop up on Sunday, called first thing Monday morning and ASL had an appointment available between 12-1. I was on a time crunch, and so had been calling around to see who had availability. I told the team on the phone that I would be available all morning if the technician was available earlier. I got a text 15 minutes later saying that the technician could be available around 10:30. Great customer service. Josh showed up on time, we walked through the issue and he solved it in short order. He was polite, clean and efficient with his time. 2nd time using ASL, they've been great both times!

Got same day installation for my Tesla wall connector - as others have said, Walter is a freakin rockstar. Not only did he show up early (not like other contractors who give you a 4 hour window and then show up 30 min late anyways), he also completed the work flawlessly with time to spare based on the estimate he gave. I made a mistake and thought the house was prewired when it wasn't, so Walter came, checked out the situation, proactively went to Home Depot and got all the needed supplies. Totally reliable and completes the work with a smile on his face. Will definitely recommend ASL to everybody and if you're lucky to work with Walter, you can trust you'll get the service you're looking for.

Based on reviews, we scheduled a site estimate for a whole house lighting project for our home early this week. I left work early to meet with their rep, Johnny Bryant, but he was a no-show. I called ASL and they told me that he had an ""emergency call"" and couldn't make it. It would've been nice if they gave me a heads up or called to let me know he couldn't make it. So we, reluctantly, rescheduled another site visit for this morning. I asked for another rep, but they told me that Johnny Bryant was their only rep for this kind of project. Again, he was a no-show and I stayed home from work for nothing! No phone call, no reason, no nothing! Very unprofessional!

Sorry, but this place isn't earning our business.

Easy booking for next day service. Water A. was my electrician who showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He had amazing customer service and easily fixed five smart switches. Will definitely be using their service again and Walter should be commended for his high quality work.
