Excellent experience. Called to schedule an appointment which was not urgent, but they had almost immediate availability. Received an email to confirm the appointment, and the electrician came on time. Project was completed very well. I'd use them again because of the ease of scheduling, quality of work, and transparency of price.

I hired ASL, and Cory was assigned to troubleshoot and repair a series is minor but annoying electrical glitches that we've been living with in our house did years. (Circuits shorting out, switches not working, etc.)
The solutions weren't obvious. So I was pleased that Cory had the persistence and creativity to keep working till he found the sources of the problems.
In the past I've dealt with contractors who had no patience and became unpleasant when the work got challenging, and gave up without really fixing the problem.
Not Cory. He seemed to enjoy the challenge of the detective work, and got the job done. Almost 6 months later everything is still working fine.

The electrician, Sirous H., came promptly at our scheduled appointment time and was prepared for COVID-19 safety by wearing a mask. He was extremely pleasant and highly knowledgeable. He did not try to up-sell or price-gouge us. He just took care of our issue simply and quickly with true professionalism and kindness. The cost was reasonable and the service was outstanding! Great guys. Great work. Very clean! On time. Efficient. And very fair cost of Service. I would recommend and use every time for any electrical issues. While they were here they fixed a dimmer, a broken outlet, installed a chandelier, a new plug for outside and outdoor lighting. They are the best. And they love dogs and were cool with out golden retriever following them everywhere!
