I highly recommend Unckun! He was fantastic! He responded very quickly and gave me a very fair price. I felt like some of the other estimates I got on Yelp were upcharging me. He looked at the work needed to be done and contacted me about all that needed to be done ( I wasn't there) and he clearly went over the pricing and showed me the receipt of what was spent. He was very efficient and did a great job. He even sent me pictures of the completed jobs! I appreciated that. I will definitely use him again.

So, I have some built in cabinets in my office that I wanted to get painted a nice black color. Initially it was more of an oak polished color and it was giving classroom vibes, first thing I did was I went onto Yelp to request some quotes and I did one of the worst possible things which was not hiring the proper person. I hired someone else to do the job and they really gave terrible service. I should've went with uchkun to begin with because they left my cabinets worse than before and strung me along for an entire month. After that whole ordeal I ended up messaging Uchkun to see if he could redo it properly. Uchkun responded promptly and quickly giving me a date on which he could start the job, he gave me a competitive rate and the best possible service ever, I really love the way the cabinets turned out he did such a great job and on top of it he had to remove the paint which was used by the other contractor since it was not correct for this type of work. He came into my office space and covered everything very very professionally and began to use a power sander to clean everything up and remove all the polish. After this he went on to clean and prep for painting. Uchkun applied the proper amount of primer and used the correct paint type and color to deliver amazing results. 10/10 I would recommend him to all of my friends and family and I most definitely will hire him again.

I was so happy with this experience! Two guys came to replace some hinges and fix a leak in my bathroom sink. It ended up being a lot of work to fix the leak, but they did efficiently and I haven't had any trouble since. They were professional, fast and effective. I will definitely hire these guys again!

We had a hard time finding a good handyman until we met Uchkun. So far he's patched 2 holes in our ceiling, fixed 2 recessed lights that were flickering, fixed a sliding cabinet drawer, and did some other small jobs around our house. Not only is he knowledgeable and skilled but he's fast, efficient, and very neat. We couldn't be happier with his work and service and plan to continue working with him. We've also referred him to our friends and neighbors. We highly recommend you get in touch with him if you need work done around the house.

Mr. Askarov responded to my request immediately. I sent him a list of repairs we needed along with pictures and he let me know his availability. I did have to change the original date we set and Mr. Askarov was very accommodating. When he arrived at our property he was prepared with all of the necessary tools and completed the numerous tasks all in one day! He updated electrical outlets and switches, installed a porch light fixture and door bell. He also painted the brick surrounding the fireplace and the patio cement area. In addition , he built a side wood gate and installed it along with a latch! My husband and I were very pleased with the quality of Mr. Askarov work and we will be calling in him again soon.

Unhkun was hired to replace a light fixture at our townhouse complex. He did an excellent job and the HOA was pleased with the work. I requested that he replace the wood trim on a balcony. He and Siedd did a great job replacing and painting the trim, although parts of the carpet were left soiled. I ask Unhkun if he could repair drywall located in my bathroom, and he said yes. Once again he did an excellent job. I asked if he could paint two upstairs bathrooms, and if so when could he start. He and Siedd proceeded to paint the two bathrooms starting December 8, 2021. By December 10th one bathroom was complete, or so they thought. I pointed out the poor job done around the edges. I also removed the toilet tanks to show they had not painted behind them. The paint job was even more horrible in the master bedroom with paint bleeding through the ceiling, as well a peeling off the walls in some places. I requested the jobs be done properly, and they started a do over December 20, 2021. I knew then he was behind in his obligations so I told him to do a job, and then come back to paint the bathrooms properly in between jobs. So December 22, he allegedly contracted Covid-19. I told him to get well, and he resumed work January 11, 2022. I had to nudge him along politely with text every few days. He would squeeze me in around 3pm every three to four days, and paint a couple hours. February 2, 2022 he finally realized he bit off more than he could chew and in all fairness he reimbursed the money for one unfinished bathroom, and a partial payment for the other partially unfinished room. February 10th, I contacted a professional painter that started at 8:00 am and finished at 2:40 pm, and that included a lunch break. I gave him a five star review. To add insult to injury Unhkun informed me I could re-attach the toilet tank once he had partially painted one bathroom. ""I could re-attach the toilet tank."" I thought I was paying him to do that! I re-attached the toilet tanks as well as install new towel racks, rings, and accessories. Which he should have done. I cleaned up after them every day they worked. The money I paid him, was nothing to sneeze at. I expected more professionalism. In return I lost time that I will never get back, and absorbed additional cost to pay the new painter. I also paid to have the carpet cleaned. I had to constantly re-adjust my schedule to accommodate him. He will admit I brought them breakfast, and lunch. I made sure they had plenty of soft drinks, coffee, and water. I'm not a tyrant, and I left them alone to do their job. In closing Unhkun is a really nice guy as you can see from the pictures and positive reviews. He would tell you I wasn't angry, never yelled, and was patient throughout the process. We parted professionally. He did indeed let me know he definitely learned from this experience. I wish him well, and success with his business.
