I wanted to repair 3 exterior doors, hang some Venetian blinds, and paint an HVAC shed. After a brief phone call, we made an appointment for 10 days later to come look at the project. He asked me to text him detailed measurements. Didn't respond to the information I sent. Came to the house late. Half-way through, Greg explains he cannot start for a month. Clearly, he's too busy.

Gary came out to my home to fix our bathroom vent. He's a busy man, but he kept in good communication with me to schedule a time to check out the problem and another time to fix it once the new part came in. Nice guy!

I was searching for a handyman in the Covina area. After reading reviews for Ashby, I thought I had found a reliable company. However, I have been waiting nearly two weeks for a response. I have texted, e-mailed and made repeated calls. The automated phone response has been that "" the wireless customer I am calling is not available"". I would think that after two weeks, this would have been corrected. I am truly confused by the positive reviews.
