We bought a single family home that was built in 1930's. The electric wiring was outdated and I wasn't comfortable moving in since the house inspection had highlighted some safety concerns. We hired ASAP Electric staff Rick Carlson. He was very knowledgeable, hard working, and efficient. It was quite a major undertaking that involved shutting the power off and changing the electric panel. They completed the job in record time!

The breaker /meter box on our house was at least 40 years old. The smart meter failed and caused damage to the box. Rick over at ASAP electric was able to pull permits the next day and the day after that had the box replaced as well as fix a few other pre existing wiring issues we had. Great work and fair pricing.

I needed one garbage disposal outlet installed and power turned back on in one unit. I called ASAP Rick was out to property with in 1.5 hours, fixed issue in about 30-40 minutes and was very kind enough to explain all his services provided.

If you want to get taken advantage of go with ASAP Electric!! Please shop around especially all of you senior citizens and people with no knowledge on how electrical circuits work. A 2 hour job cost me $1000 so just my luck I was not there to fix it myself!! Shop around and don't be taken for your hard earned money All elderly please be aware!!

We lost half our power in our house we ended up calling our home warranty company who called out a company, they sent a technician out who was unable to diagnose the problem and left without restoring the power. It turned out this company contacted our home warranty company and turned in a false report and my claim was denied.
I called ASAP Electric, Rick responded immediately, diagnosed the problem and had the power restored within a couple of hours. Rick documented everything he had done including getting city permits. I appealed the decision by my home warranty company and submitted what Rick had provided me. So besides having our problem fixed, our home warranty company reversed their decision and paid the $2,850.00 to replace the electric panel.
Since that time we have used ASAP Electric at our youth center. I highly recommend ASAP Electric for any of your needs. They provide quality work and quality service.

We have used ASAP for years and today's experience with Josh and Ray underscored why we always call them. In addition to some bathroom fans we had a fairly complex light fixture installation. Josh explained every step and was so patient as I worked through the design adjustments. PLUS they thoroughly cleaned up each of the areas; Josh even vacuumed up some errant styrofoam bubbles. Thanks again. We will do the outside work when it is cooler.

Rick was available on a Sunday as I discovered my Garage and AC went powerless. He was able to come and assess and actually discovered what the problem was. He fixed the problem and suggested how to prevent it from happening again. I was very grateful he was able to come on a Sunday! He was knowledgeable and it was very appreciated.

The response was within an hour when I requested emergency assistance. They provided an estimate and fully explained what they were going to do. The work was outstanding, exceeding my expectations. Everything was done to bring it up to code and no issues with inspection. I will need additional electrical work for another project and I definitely will be contacting them.

Joshua from ASAP came over today and did a lot of work, mostly troubleshooting, which he said he enjoys doing. He was able to repair things quickly, and he took the time to explain things to us. Josh was great! Based on this experience, I give ASAP 5 stars.
