We lost half our power in our house we ended up calling our home warranty company who called out a company, they sent a technician out who was unable to diagnose the problem and left without restoring the power. It turned out this company contacted our home warranty company and turned in a false report and my claim was denied.
I called ASAP Electric, Rick responded immediately, diagnosed the problem and had the power restored within a couple of hours. Rick documented everything he had done including getting city permits. I appealed the decision by my home warranty company and submitted what Rick had provided me. So besides having our problem fixed, our home warranty company reversed their decision and paid the $2,850.00 to replace the electric panel.
Since that time we have used ASAP Electric at our youth center. I highly recommend ASAP Electric for any of your needs. They provide quality work and quality service.

We have used ASAP for years and today's experience with Josh and Ray underscored why we always call them. In addition to some bathroom fans we had a fairly complex light fixture installation. Josh explained every step and was so patient as I worked through the design adjustments. PLUS they thoroughly cleaned up each of the areas; Josh even vacuumed up some errant styrofoam bubbles. Thanks again. We will do the outside work when it is cooler.

Rick was available on a Sunday as I discovered my Garage and AC went powerless. He was able to come and assess and actually discovered what the problem was. He fixed the problem and suggested how to prevent it from happening again. I was very grateful he was able to come on a Sunday! He was knowledgeable and it was very appreciated.

The response was within an hour when I requested emergency assistance. They provided an estimate and fully explained what they were going to do. The work was outstanding, exceeding my expectations. Everything was done to bring it up to code and no issues with inspection. I will need additional electrical work for another project and I definitely will be contacting them.

Joshua from ASAP came over today and did a lot of work, mostly troubleshooting, which he said he enjoys doing. He was able to repair things quickly, and he took the time to explain things to us. Josh was great! Based on this experience, I give ASAP 5 stars.

Three stars because they charge $150 just to come out and give a quote. As I don't want to pay that much for a quote, I can't attest to their actual work product. On to the next company.

Came over within 45 minutes, inspected the damage and quoted a fair price. The crew arrived at 7:00 the next morning as promised and completed the work that day. They even obtained the permit and arranged for the inspections. Fast, fair, and competent.

We made an appointment for some lighting repairs. They actually showed up 5 minutes early, got the job done promptly and charged reasonable rates. We'll be using them again in the future.

I had a horrible experience with this company. The secretarial staff is horrible. One doesn't relay messages to the electricians and the other one is extremely rude when you talk to her. I would not use this business if you plan on getting California approved codes. They said they will not sign off on things that they dislike even if California law approves of it. Granted I only talked with the secretary so the actual electrician may better understand coding then the possibly less educated other staff.
