*SCAMMERS/THIEVES* If I could give it a 0 star rating I would, our compressor went out, and they quoted $8000 for one with only a 1 year non-factory warranty. For some perspective a compressor normally runs on average $1900 *LABOR AND PARTS INCLUDED* (and would have a factory warranty), they're literally the definition of trying to retire on every sale. We contacted another business that was a certified dealer and they could replace the *ENTIRE SYSTEM* with a 10-year factory warranty for roughly the same amount!! I would NOT recommend ARY based on my experience.

I was over charged labor cost for the work that was done. I called them out for a simple service call to check my system and was charged a service call fee and additional labor as they determined that I needed to replace a TXV valve. I was informed that the part could be expensive and I understood. They came out the next day and in less than two hours the job was completed. I received the invoice the part was $300 but what stunned me was the $700 labor charge. Less than two hours!! I called their office and was informed that it was a standard practice to charge labor on top of a service call fee. Service call only covers them coming out. The charges for replacement of the part is a standard fee for that job. I have since checked with other AC companies and and they didnt know of any standard charges like this. Shocked by the labor charges would be an understatement. I tried to text and email them requesting to speak with the owner but no response. I even called them again and was told by the office attendant that they were not available, but was assured that they had received my previous messages, Been over two weeks have I have heard nothing. I highly encourage that anyone reading this find a different company. If I could give them a ZERO I would.

Fast professional service. The installers did an excellent job on my new 5 ton AC in closet installation. Everything worked perfectly the first time, and a supervisor came out to inspect the work before they left. They were pleasant and a pleasure to have in our home. I will certainly use them next time for our other unit.
