So I am SO pleased with the professionalism and kindness from Art's electric. We had a VERY botched hvac and electrical upgrade. Art not only educated me on electrical basics, but gave me a breakdown of everything that was wrong- and what he could do to fix it. In addition, he gave us documentation to help in a small claims court case, and didn't even charge me for the initial inspection. Trustworthy, professional, good people

I needed an outside outlet installed on my carport to provide power to two appliances that I was going to have to move out there temporarily during a kitchen remodel. Art's people showed up on time, and wrapped up the job in no time. Very friendly and professional. I'll be using them again.

By far, the most professional, attentive, electricians I've dealt with. We are going through a difficult kitchen remodel. The contractor hired to do the remodel is simply the worst. More on him in a later review. I contacted Art Jr. and they continue working with, and accommodating our needs. Art has been in touch with us every step of the way. His crews are professional, friendly, and extremely competent. I highly recommend them, which is not something I do often.

Wonderful electricians who actually know what they are doing! I have tried many other electricians in town and their service and knowledge surpasses every single one of them.
They are prompt, polite and explain everything. They make sure to communicate exactly what they are doing and why. If they need to change any facet of their explained work, they ask for approval prior to making any changes.
Art Jr. worked in my home and was very professional and informative. He answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly.
By far- they are the best electricians I have ever had in my home. Even better- they clean up!

Made an appointment, stayed home from work for it and they never showed. I called back and the guy told me that he doesn't know anything about it, because he is not the one that made the appointment, therefore is not his fault. Not professional at all. It seems that this ""business"" is run with a cellphone and different people have it at times, so don't expect them to show up or take responsibility of the appointments made.

Highly recommend their services! Fast and friendly. Thoroughly completed the work and explained everything along the way. I've had these smoke detectors I tried troubleshooting myself and gave up...was living with constant beeping. I didn't know what else to do so I looked on Yelp, read the reviews and called them up. I've worked with electricians before but never this amazing. Thanks Art's Electric for the wonderful service! Now, my house is quiet and peaceful. Art's Electric installed 5 ceiling fans in my home in one day. I called them on a Friday and they sent two electricians on a Monday to get the job done. They came right on time and explained exactly what they were doing. And what the charges would be.

The fans were a little tricky to install because they weren't your average Walmart fans that could be assembled before putting up on the ceiling. The two guys took their time, and definitely did a great job while making sure they did everything correctly (trust me I was hovering a bit).

This was definitely a job for a professional because there were many wires, some electrical work that needed to be addressed in my home, as well as the removal of one existing fan.

They installed wireless remotes for all my fans and made sure that none of them would interfere with each other. I am very pleased about this because I would never have thought to make sure there was no interference and that would be disastrous!

Arts Electric went the extra mile to even notice that there was a billing mistake on my invoice that I did not notice, and called me to correct it. This speaks volumes to the integrity and honesty of this company and I would definitely do business with them again.

I would also like to mention that this review is a little late because I wanted to make sure that I could leave 100% positive feedback and say that my fans are going strong and that I have no problems with the installation or electric work. They also sent me a Christmas card, what great customer service!

Excellent in every way. Art's will always be my electrical service of choice. They are highly professional and technically competent, not to mention personable and polite. They did all my required work to my complete satisfaction including the cleanup and making sure everything was put back the way they found it. Joe and Angel were awesome workers that I would welcome back anytime. They kept me informed throughout the work making sure I completely understood everything. You will not regret calling on Art's. Don't expect Walmart service or price. You get every penny worth.
