Mark is the absolute best! Definitely makes the process for installing a Tesla charging station super easy and painless. Went as far as to submit the photos and documentation to Tesla regarding about the installation and all that nitty gritty for the sake of having a tax return for the next year for it! I definitely can recommend him for your Tesla charging station installation for sure and will do business again with him once we get our second home in the future! I don't know what else to say besides his customer service and all else was superb, but yeah if you're really not sure who to go to as far as for something like this, this should be the answer. I needed to install Tesla wall charger at my home. Scheduled appointment with Artisan. Mark came little earlier than appointment time, provided few installation options, confirmed pricing and got work done fast. In the process, he also fixed one of the other power plug which was not working.

In summary, Mark is professional, does a quality job, flexible and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Artisan was very organized and professional. For someone who is recommended by Tesla, the price was affordable unlike others. They weren't in a rush to finish and helped my son connect the wall connector to the wifi because they were having trouble in the beginning.

Great guy, responsive, super familiar with these installations and able to whip them out in a timely manner. Efficient. Watching an artisan at work is impressive. My conduit bending skills mostly generate scrap metal.

Given the huge capacity of the 200A panel, he was able to install the largest breaker the car can handle - 60A. That full rate of charge at the car is 48 - the max for the Model 3 Long Range (2018 model).

With the high amp charge rate, I'm able to get the car charged for 110 mile daily round trip commute in only 2.5-3 hours. Programmed for the lowest price point on the EV2-A plan of $0.26 per kWh.
