I did not shop around for quotes when I needed a Tesla Wall Charger installed. I chose Artisan Electrical because they are a certified Tesla installer and the solid Yelp ratings. Mark sent me a text when he would arrive on the day of the installation. He was very detailed and thorough. We spoke the entire time he was there and he taught me things about the installation I did not know. He hooked up his laptop to my home wifi so that he could connect the charger to the app on my phone, do a software update, send documents to Tesla, create an invoice, etc. I didn't find a manual, but Mark walked me through how to charge the car and more importantly when to charge the car. He also told me there are color faceplates that can be purchased to match the color of the car. It can't be easily slipped on and off, but Mark offered to come back and swap the faceplate at no charge if I wanted next time he is in the neighborhood.

What I also learned is Artisan Electrical is not the first on the list because it is sorted alphabetically but because Tesla has placed him there. Mark intends to stay on top of the list and from my experience, I believe he will keep that top spot for a while.

I needed my Tesla charger installed, I called Mark for a quote and he had a cancellation in my area and was able to schedule me the next day. Mark and his brother arrived on time and had my charger installed in no time.. very professional work and super knowledgeable. Mark is very personable and answered all of my questions and helped with app set up. I was very impressed with the work... I'm so happy to be able to charge at home knowing my charger was correctly and professionally installed by a Tesla certified installer.

Mark and Andrew did a fantastic job with the EV charger installation. I first video chatted with Mark, and we came up with a plan on how the installation will happen. I had someone try to install it and butchered the job, but these people are experts in this because that's all they do. They also removed the old conduit without asking for extra, a job that would have taken me at least a couple of hours. They charged a very reasonable fee for their job. I can't recommend them high enough
