DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are the biggest rip off! Had a problem with a leaking toilet. We knew it was due to an uneven closet flange in the floor. They came out, did nothing but look inside the bathroom (did not even pull the toilet), told us it would cost $655, and charged us $40 for the estimate. Needless to say we did not hire them. We ended up buying an $18 part (Hydroseat) from Home Depot and fixed the problem ourselves. Toilet works perfectly now. Stay away from these idiots.

I had a Mold Inspector come to the apartment because my tenant was complaining of mold odor.....The Inspector also found out that the new mini split a/c, installed a few weeks before, was not working properly and not taking out moisture. I called Art Plumbing and told them that I am having work done in the apartment because of the mold issue and the a/c will be OFF and wrapped so not to contaminate it, and I will get in touch with them as soon work is finished. Now it has been over 1 month I cannot get service on this a/c that I paid $2,650! I have an appointment Monday the 19th of June 2017 from 2 to 4 pm, but if they fail to show up......I will call another company and then send the bill to them to be reimbursed. AWFUL!!!!!

Very disappointed. Called Art Plumbing to check on a leak that was coming from an upstairs bathroom. Two people came out and had to cut open the ceiling below to see where leak was coming from. They said that the leak was coming from the bathtub and an entire new tub was necessary which includes removing all the tile surrounding tub and on the floor. They could do the job for $6000+. Called insurance adjuster and he said no new tub needed. Then called a REPUTABLE plumber who came out and with two simple tests of running water determined it was the overflow valve. Cost $140 for parts and labor. Do not call them.

I wrote a good review on another site which I will now try to find and change because these people cannot be trusted! The guy was so nice when he came to my house at first, I truly trusted him. Our kids were having bad allergies so this air filter unit was something that was really important to me( and not cheap!) Once the unit was installed, I noticed the report from IQ Air and he completely lied about the air quality results so that it would pass IQ Air's standards. After I contacted Iq air and told them the true story, he had to come back to take more air readings. At this point,he was a completely different person-very rude and uncaring. Iq air confirmed the air quality was not what it was supposed to be and now here we are a month or more later with no resolution. I cannot and will not recommend them.

Art Plumbing and bla bla ,,,never satisfied me in other words always disappointing when some visit and give the estimate for required repair or fixing least 3-5 times higher then market price. So for me is waste of time to contact your company or some naive ready to pay you means he is wasting his money.
Recent Experiences:
1. The timer of the outside lights was not working so I bought a new one from home depot and call your company to change it ,,and your company send some so called electrician I doubt if he certified anyway after 30 minutes inspection lol ,,, he asked me $220 for to just replace the timer,,hahaha ,,,I asked excused from him and later I went to home depot and request if that have any electric contractor who do this job right away at customer service lady submit my request online and within 5 minutes I receive 3 calls and next day the first guy came and he fixed it for $40,,
2. Sprinkler motor was not working the guy came and I was bounded to pay him $40 if agree or not with estimate.
So he gave me estimate for 1650 dollars to change the pump,, the same Job later on Home Depot contractor did for 650 Dollars including labor and stuff like pump drum etc ,,
3. Last year I called for my a/c to replace with new one the guy came from your company asked me 8500 Dollars ,,, I did this job with other just for 3200 dollars,,,
So if I have any enemy or I need to take revenge with some one else I must recommend your company for this kind of jobs but not to my love ones , relative and friends , for sure,,

RIP Art! Used this company in the past for plumbing and was very pleased. Not sure if it it just the electrical appointment side or the whole company, but what a horrible experience! Called in the evening and made an appointment for following day between 3p - 5p. Called morning of appointment to confirm. Received confirmation and all is well - so I thought. 2:30 p get an email that electrician will arrive within 30 min - GREAT! 4:20p - NO ELECTRICIAN Called to inquire - advised my phone number was disconnected????? Well, how am I calling you if my phone disconnected? Email works - perhaps an email that ""we are unable to contact you via phone""????? NO - TOO SIMPLE/ Come to find out my number was recorded incorrectly so electrician was sent home for the day. Called and requested a supervisor - connected with Chuck - I get better results talking to my Labrador retriever. All Chuck could say was ""What do you want me to do?"" GEE Chuck since it was the company fault how about getting an electrician out here since it is only 4:30??? NO CAN'T do that -- ""What do you want me to do?"" I can't for the life of me figure out what Chuck can do other than just be an a$$hole! The person who did take my number down wrong did call and apologize, however, after dealing with Chuck or better known as ""UPCHUCK"" I found another company. Really disappointing!

First of all, no one has asked me to compose this written review. After receiving the great service, I thought it was the least I can do.
Our kitchen sink clogged earlier this week. I tried to snake it, tried all the chemicals and home remedies, but nothing worked.
I made the mistake of trying a competitor plumbing company, but they too failed to unclog my kitchen drain sink.
I called Art plumbing and air conditioning and the next day they came out. I was skeptical with the $100 offer that they had at the time but figured I would give it a try.

The technician named John came out and was absolutely fantastic. It was a very hard clog but he didn't give up. An hour and a half later my drains were cleared.

They were fast, courteous, clean, responsible and honest. This company is my go to from now on with any of my electric, plumbing, AC or lawn sprinkler issues.

Awful company. I used to use them frequently, but now it's full of greedy liars. I've been lied to about needing to replace my leaking kitchen faucet. $550 for a faucet! If my husband were still alive he would have fixed it in a snap. Worse yet, the leak was still there and they wanted to charge me again to come back. My nephew came for a visit and fixed it in 20 minutes. My a/c used to get good service by them a long time ago. Unfortunately, that's not how it is now. I just don't feel like they ever fix anything. My friend told me of a similar situation when she called them. I believe they definitely price gouge their elderly clients. I will not be calling them any further.
